Terrible service. I ordered through uber eats and they did not include neither utensils nor condiments or sauces. Last time arround they did not include any sauce, but this time not even a simple fork and napkins ! I will not order again from this pathetic location.

We are continously disappointed with the service at this particular Panda Express, we have been going here for many years and it continues to decline when it comes to service. We place orders online and they do not produce them, we have to wait while they process after producing proof of the online purchase. If we use the drive thru the wait can sometimes be too long to justify a fast food experience.

Whoever works there nowadays never includes the damn soy sauce packets in the bag. What, you think I wanna eat my chow mein just completely bare with absolutely no flavor? If not for my food then what you using the sauce packets at your restaurant for? Decoration? I know damn well you ain't out of stock. You have an infinite amount of those things.It just comes down to laziness, whoever packs the orders nowadays. I might order from a different location now cause I consistently never get my soy sauce packets when I order from this location.

I was going to order a plate with chow mein I asked for fresh noodles and the chowmein had pure vegetables the lady told me that it was fresh and it had just came out. I was willing to wait for another batch to come out and she refused to serve me or even allow me to wait she insisted that it was fresh I could clearly see that it was nothing but vegetables. Rude lady and rude customer service . Panda do better for your paying customers

Slow drive thru today. I lost about half an hour of my lunch there just trying to get food. They didn’t have one of my entrees so I chose a premium entree for which I had to pay $1.50. I get to my office only to find out that there was absolutely no shrimp in the “premium” entree. Not one piece. There’s no way the server didn’t notice there was no shrimp. I think it was done on purpose. Places like this should plan better for rush hour and should train their employees better and give the customers what they paid for.

Sometimes these guys are out of certain things, but no big deal. Restroom is always locked and I get that. What I do not get why an employee reached over my arm to fill up a drink while I was filling up a drink. You couldn’t wait five seconds? Somebody please this guy that’s not ok. As soon as we got in line Thomas says, ugh I’m not staying til midnight today! Takes forever to take and make my order, forgets my sauces and takes forever to get them to me. Doesn’t give me my cups for my drinks. Unprofessional.

Waited at the conter for 15 min while the counter guy was chatting it up you need a new counter guy walked out because he hadn't even helped the people in front of me terrible service

I cant drink carbonated drinks the only 3 option other then water were out the raspberry tea the lemonade and the sweet tea was there but it was unsweetened the guy said he would check the raspberry tea but he never did so i ate my food and paid for a lg drink and didn't get any drink very disappointed and in top of that our food was fairly warm
