Went through the drive thru, picked up my order drove off but something told me to check my food. The order was wrong. Turned around went back through and spoke with Angelic H in the drive thru. She was extremely nice and professional and gave me the correct order. It was very busy inside and she took the time to make sure the order was correct the second time around.

This is the one I frequent the most. I always get great experiences. One time in particular, I have to write about.
Sounded like a 12 year old on the drive thru. She had no manners. On the box after I ordered she says “would you like to round up for charity…” I said “no thank you.” Then when I get to the pay window my windows not even open yet and I’m still not even in park and she’s already got my food and drink dangling out the window. I open window and hand her my card and she can’t even grab it because her hands were shoving my food in my car. So I put my card down and take the food. Then she says my total. Ok so I put food down, hand her card. She asks again “would you like to round up…” again, I repeat “no thank you.”
While she charges my card, I told her “I’m missing my fortune cookie” and she gave me the strangest look, closes the window and say something to her co worker. Then her coworker says “so you don’t want to donate but you want a free fortune cookie?” Then giggles. Little did she know that I have a deaf mom and learned how to read lips at a young age.
I never got asked if I wanted any sauces, and didn’t even get a fork or napkins.
1 Free fortune cookie per entree. Right? I have never had to donate before….
I have been back since this incident and there was a handsome young man tending me and he had manners and very professional. The food and everything was excellent.

Last Sunday, I went to “Panda Express” near Lackland AFB in San Antonio with my friends. Our colleagues at the AFB recommended it mentioning it was a great dining place for international students like us. The main reason, they said, was “Panda Express” was known for its fast service and generous portions, especially with the spicy food. I would like to share that it lived up to its reputation. Besides the tasty food, “Panda Express” had a lot to offer. Parking was easy, and the location was super convenient. The food was really fresh. We tried Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Grilled Teriyaki and, of course, Chicken Orange. Panda Express serves lots of great Chinese options. I had a big plate of Chicken Orange with Fried Rice and Broccoli Beef, all for under $15, which was a steal. The staff was friendly, making the whole dining experience even better. They provides a fortune cookie with every order, a cookie with a statement on a piece of paper predicting your future. Mine was “The way you live will give you happiness and prosperity”. The place was spotless, and everything we needed for a good meal was already there. I even noticed they had a drive-through and an awesome takeout service, which a lot of people seemed to appreciate. The only downside according to what I heard was that it gets super busy, so the wait times could be long. Also, I felt the fried rice could be a bit more seasoning. But overall, I'd definitely recommend Panda Express for anyone looking for tasty, affordable Chinese food and quick service.

We were so excited to have dinner at the Valley Hi, near Lackland AFB, location. Unfortunately, we walked in and the Employees were just standing around behind the counter, looking like we interrupted their hangout time. It's ok if the job was getting done, but there were a few selections of food empty, and tables needed attention. The manager was present. Out of the whole bunch of employees, only one was smiling, which made us feel comfortable, and welcome. Maybe she should be manager. Just wanted to share my experience, and we will not be back.
