The half tuna sandwich I ordered with the you pick 2 barely had any tuna on it I really felt cheated. Also the coffee could have been hotter and much fresher.

Normally I don't post very negative reviews. However, if after a long day all you want is a bowl of overpriced mac and cheese and end up with a wrong to-go order of veggie soup, you might be inclined to post a negative review too.

It's a nice coffee/diner shop, with cushy booths as an option to relax & have soups?, sandwiches ?, coffee, teas & other drinks. I'm saddened that this Panera doesn't have all the drinks, though. Drinks listed on the app, like Ginger Ale, which I have once in a while to settle an upset stomach or plant based creamer readily available for those whom are lactose intolerant. Those are the few things I hope will improve in the future.

I don't know why I keep trying. ? I place an order at the kiosk for the bagel pack on most Friday's. Every. Single. Time. They lose my order and I end up wanting 40-45 minutes. Then I'm late to work. I give up. Going to have to figure out another option which makes me very sad because it's right on my way to work.

This is a really poor store considering its location. The drink machines were down, the men’s sink sensor didn’t work, and the kitchen, while working very hard was really behind. Hopefully the Panera near our home will be better managed.

I love Panera bread. I always get same thing which is half tomato soup and half avocado chicken sandwich. My friend got squash soup and it was amazing. I will definitely get squash soup for myself next time. There are tons of parking and restaurant was clean.

Let me start off by saying this location is not a bad location. The workers are very nice but the place is dirty. The employees also should look more kept up with them selves and look and not look so sloppy. I love Panera bread and unfortunately this location is closest to me but they really need to hate this place going a lot better. Keeping it clean and tables clean and employees also looking clean and good as well.

I got the Turkey Chili, it was VERY bland with basically no flavor. I wouldn’t recommend.I got the bread bowl and that was decent. The service however was horrible.I ordered online, and I got in and the mobile order line was half the restaurant long. My order was ready almost 10 mins before I got there. However when I arrived my food was not on the station. I went up to ask and when I told him my name. He slammed the bag down and slid it directly at me. Didn’t say a word.It seems small, but to me, if you cannot even hand me a bag politely then you’re not taking the time to make sure things are the best they can be. 0 customer service and i wouldn’t recommend this location.Also tried to get a cookie but after waiting 5 minutes for any staff member to come to a register I just left.
