This is a disgusting place to eat. I never ever in my life will come here again. I will not eat in panera in my life. In 2020, I ordered a dessert. I forgot which one is like yogurt, maybe. I found a pubic hair after I ate a few bites. I never went back to complain. I was so embarrassed even till this day that something like that happened to me. This was my lesson of cooking and eating at home. Now I dont eat out only on very few restaurants for only special occasions. I avoid fast food as much as possible.

The WORST drive-thru experience I ever encountered!! I was stuck in line for over 40 minutes on my lunch hour and I was only three cars back! Don’t DO the Drive thru unless you have all your lunch hour to waste! Poor other 8 cars behind me!!! A sandwich and soup were NOT worth it! Drive away….just drive away!

The food was delicious, no issues there but if i was the manager I would be super disappointed in the way the inside looks ( pictures for reference) place was a disgusting mess....outlets were exposed, which can create a serious LAWSUIT ( keep that in mind Panera bread). There was a caution wet sign just laying in the middle of the floor. Napkins and numerous dirty tables everywhere. Might as well eat on the dam floor. This generation has gotten so lazy and only care about the money made. We can all do better, especially if you want to continue taking people's money. Won't recommend and will post on all my social media platforms. Do better!!!!

Purchased PICK 2. Had cranberry chicken salad sandwich on croissant w/ tomato soup.
Prefer not to find small chunky pieces of chicken in the salad. Prefer not to have the tomato soup taste a bit somewhat on the tarty side.
Sorry, but not my taste of food at Panera. Honestly much better taste at Schlotzsky's on both items.

Good is priced way too high for the quality THIS LOCATION SERVES! My food looked pretty crappy compared to their photos as advertised. Would not come back to this location. Compare my photo of my sandwich to what is advertised….

Just got home from my 15 minute delayed pick up order. My chai tea latte is half full, and the caramel latte is only 3/4 full. Disappointed since these coffees are $5 dollars.
I literally watched the person on the line “complete” my order since insane the board change, then had to double back because there was no coffee there.
She completed the order because she was already worried about her times, since the order should’ve been ready. Not a big deal, if I knew they were busy but when I showed up there’s only 3-4 people eating in the lobby, and 4 employees just standing around.
I would not go back to this location again. The Franchise really needs to get involved and truly evaluate the long-term plan for this location.
Update: I ordered a dirty chai latte, and there’s definitely no espresso in this.

Instead of soup in a bread bowl, I got soup in a roll. The bread bowl was smaller than a bagel. It literally had a half cup of soup, yet I still paid full price, $8.68. Also the sandwiches are about half the size they used to be, but I again paid full price, $9.59. I will not be a repeat customer.

Hadn't been to Panera in a long time and was pleased to see that, while some of the menu had not changed (like the pick 2), there were some added conveniences in the way of ordering and food pickup. There were options to order at the counter with a cashier or use order kiosks which allowed for faster service. The food was hot and tasted fresh and good. Prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be back!
