Soups were gross, like they were out of a packet with sugar. Super expensive too, better going to cracker barrel

Atmosphere felt too quiet. It was a little late when I went but felt hospital like. No ppl service whatsoever. I was kinda sorta playing the guessing game. Food was disappointing. Had the french dip and cup of chilli. French dip flavor was good but sandwich was a little on the cold side. Sauce was different. Looked clumpy and old. Bread that came with chilli was hard as a rock. Chilli was warm and good flavor tho so both tasted good

I happen to be a huge fan of Panera bread and a highly influential 40 year old man so I’ll tell ya like it is, this place is great! I got a sippy cup rewards deal for $5.41 per month for the next three months so I now have unlimited Panera drinks. The cashier is named Serenity and she is a beautiful soul and wonderful person. She’s gonna do great things in life. However I would not recommend the Cheesecake brownie bites as they are drastically overpriced at $2 per brownie bite or 3 for $5. Back in the day that was the going rate for Valium on the streets and these brownie bites do not provide anything near the same relief from this cruel world . I also got a $6 yogurt parfait the last time I come thru this bish and it was also incredibly underwhelming and overpriced. This worlds going to hell in a handbasket quick people so best I can tell ya is enjoy the ride and don’t kick up a fuss because we gotta love it while it lasts. Come through for great atmosphere and friendly staff and slightly overpriced food that’s healthier than a burger and fries

I'm not a regular at Panera Bread, but every time I visit, I leave impressed. Their chicken sandwiches and soup meals are consistently flavorful and satisfying perfect comfort food without feeling heavy. I especially appreciate their selection of teas and low-calorie juices, which are refreshing and thoughtfully curated.

What really stands out is their service. Whether dining in or ordering to-go, the staff is always courteous, efficient, and consistent. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a smooth and pleasant experience for customers. Even as someone who drops in occasionally, I always feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The pick-two is my favorite option. Sip Rewards is totally worth the subscription.

Firstly, the lady with brown hair and glasses at register was very nice, but everything else in service was enough to be a pain in the side. I had ordered a bistro french onion and a sandwich with the sides, but when I picked it up from the counter, I didn’t have the bread that came with the french onion, but I didn’t get the immediate chance to tell them at the pickup area because they were rushing elsewhere behind the counter- and for $25 you bet I’m not going to forget anything I’m paying for. I had gone back up and asked about the bread missing, and she basically gaslights me, “You didn’t pick up the bread? The one that was right here in the bowl?” First off, the only things that were on the counter when I had gone up were my sandwich and chips, and the single bowl of french onion on a long empty plate. I tell her no and she gives me a distrusting look as if I’d have the audacity to lie about a single piece of bread. She hesitates and a cold piece of bread in a paper bowl just happens to be right in front of her and she places it onto the counter looking like she’s fully annoyed with me for just asking about a missing item. Could’ve cracked even the slightest customer service smile or at the least looked like she wasn’t annoyed the whole time, yikes
