This store never has coffee. Always out or cold and all the staff is running around likr it's busy even thiugh there are two customers in the entire store. Needs bit of retraining for this location for making coffee.

Last time I was at Panera Bread was before 2014. The place seemed empty. I thought it was closed. The food was good. I got chicken salad and broccoli and cheese soup. Having not been to Panera bread in forever, you kindly and patiently informed me of all the specials and products. Today there are not very many people like you going to go the extra mile for others- especially for your pay wage. People at the mobile order place are rude. One girl always has an attitude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Today I bought a bagel and it was rock hard and just thrown in the bag. Tried to report issue with Panera Bread app but it wouldn’t let me add a picture or it was kick me out and I’d have to restart complaint and after three tries I gave up

The French onion soup was mediocre.....too sweet but the half avocado BLT was good.
Seemed to be a good time of day to stop and eat. Afternoon traffic was just getting heavy. The restaurant was clean, staff was very politevand helpful. The food was very good, great quality and temperature. Their Tomato Soup was really good. Way better time spent than sitting in traffic.
Word to the wise: Check your Rapid Pick-up order. This location used to be solid, but for the third time now, I've gone to pick-up a salad that was supposed to have chicken, get home, and no chicken. This is especially a bummer considering how much more expensive the salad with chicken is compared to the version without. When I went in this last time, it sounds like the lady before me's order was also screwed up and there was another woman checking her bag (so I suppose she's been burned before, too). Not sure what happened to the quality control at this location, but seems to be slipping. The food you do get is delicious and they just redid the inside of this location to make it more open and brighter, which seems nice. And the staff are all super nice. Just frustrating to get short-changed consistently.
