Panera Bread

This store is, far and away, the best maintained facility that I have ever encountered in the Panera nationwide chain. The service counter, the self-serve island, the dining room, and the restroom were impeccable. After 30 years of patronizing locations across the country, I have found that both corporate and franchise stores are grossly lax in their cleanliness, which is especially evident in the foul, dingy, worn, rusted, crusted, putrid, and universally nasty restrooms. My visit to this store was such a fresh and notable contrast. I introduced myself to the GM, affirmed him in no uncertain terms, and promised a positive review. The praise is well-deserved. It's too bad the Panera brand as a whole falls so woefully short of excellence.

I love the new introduction promo on their Sip program. For $3 a month, you can enjoy their great coffee, and other drinks, all month.

They advertise a price for sandwiches, but that's only if you buy two. One single sandwich is more than advertised. I hate false advertising.

Very relaxing environment.

Soup in a sourdough bowl, oh yes! Any soup they cook can go in it & taste luscious!

Worst location never have any bagels or pastry no matter what time we go. Why have a bakery side?

I ordered a sesame bagels today morning with a blueberry muffin and I found a piece of hard rock on my mouth while eating one of the bagels. It was very disgusting.

Ordered breakfast for my family. This was a 65 plus dollar order through a third party delivery service. Doordash to say the least, this was absolutely terrible half the order was missing. The other half was completely incorrect. The iced coffee was milk and ice. The matcha tea was just straight milk and clearly had no effort in making the correct drink and the food was terrible. My 6-year-old could have made a better breakfast for us support your local businesses, not chain restaurants that don't care and have no enthusiasm to actually do their job correctly.
