Just had my first taste of Panera and let me tell you, I'm hooked! I went for the Avocado Club sandwich and oh my goodness, it was absolutely delicious – every bite was a flavor explosion! But wait, it gets better. The real MVP of the meal was the cinnamon roll paired with their cold brew on tap. Talk about a dream team! The perfect blend of sweet and smooth to complement the savory goodness of the sandwich. If Panera was in South Texas, I might just move in and call it home! Seriously, if you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on a whole world of yum.

This place used to be good. But cashier getting orders wrong, forgetting to give us bakery items we paid for was frustrating. (It was not busy). Food quality was what was most disappointing. Flatbread pizza tasted like it had Chef Boyardee sauce from the grocery store all over it. Good colors did not look right. Overall disappointing. I would not recommend this place anymore.

I do not recommend this location for study/work. They always have the music loud, and only once they reduced it when asked. Other times they just did nothing, or said we can not!

Oh my goodness, the food was bad and the cashier not very helpful. Either I couldn't under her or maybe she had a speech impediment. She was ok, didn't or wasn't helpful as to my membership was still in infect and directed me to the web site. The breadcrust on our sandwiches was so hard and thick and hard to bite into. When I asked if they could remove the crust she said she had to ask and maybe they'd do it. I bought a blueberry sconce and it was hard and crumbled very, once you bite into it. My husband ordered a chicken salad sandwich, the cook or what ever ? they are just put a teaspoon of the hardly existing chicken on his bread. No taste, looked very unsavory and again the bread was hard. We spent about $35 dollars for 2 sandwiches and soup. The next time I'll just go to my grocery store and buy bread, soup and a REAL CHICKEN salad and spend less than $10.00. I know, I know it's due to the virus, com' on now the virus is over!!! Has been and most eateries the prices are up and very poor quality! I hope I never have to go back! I don't mind paying for GOOD FOOD, but this place is ridiculous!!!

Great tomato soup! Good tuna sandwichLove the agave lemonade. It's not a "charged lemonade" so you don't have to worry about caffeine! Only criticism is that, at some locations, you may have to "hunt" for certain items. No (liquid) creamer for coffee, packs of sugar, etc. Hazelnut coffee has been "out" on two recent visits. Once, it was at 8:15 pm. They close at 9. But, it should have been there. The staff is laidback. Good! I appreciate that they don't need to shout out a welcome. Too jarring for me, so I don't go to places where I'm shouted at - upon arrival. But. Sometimes the staff is invisible. No one in front. Not good. But, still 4 stars! Love the "Sip Club!"

Food is always good here. Especially, for me, the food really sits light in my tummy and I really like that. I don’t feel heavy after. Their soups are amazing!I also come here to do my homework and they always welcome me. The longest I stayed here was until they closed for the day. The environment is nice and quiet no one bothers you at all!!!

Very disappointed with most recent visit. We ordered our faves, the Green Goddess Cobb Salad, and the Toasted White Cheddar and Beef sandwich. The salad is supposed to include cherry tomatoes, but instead we got unripe tomatoes rough cut into large pieces. They were hard and had zero flavor. Picking through them reduced the salad’s volume considerably. The beef was not tender, but very chewy and gristly. The baguette was also very tough, although nicely toasted. Not very much cheese. White Cheddar is supposed to have a bite. There was none. Both items had acceptable flavor, but because of the above issues were unpleasant to eat.Great chips though!

Overpriced average sandwiches in an outdated and understaffed place. Food needs a lot more flavor.

This place is horrible. I ordered $60 worth of food. The food didn't come like it was supposed to. I'm not ever going there. No my son and husband are hungry and I need to go spend more money. The manager couldn't care less. If I could give this place a zero I would.

We usually stop in for some bakery items to take to go. Everything always tastes freshly baked & delicious. One of my favorites is the orange scones. The cookies are really good too. I recently tried the “kitchen sink” cookie & it was amazing. Every bite is a little bit different, because there’s so many flavors in it. We have had some soups, sandwiches, bagels, baked goods & even their drinks all very good. Employees are helpful & friendly too. This is one of those places we’ve enjoyed for years.
