Been to this location a few times and they always seem get orders wrong. Today there was hardly anything on the sandwiches we ordered and they didn’t add any of the vegetables or any of the things that were custom things ordered on the sandwiches. This isn’t the first time that’s happened! Not sure that i will be back to this location. Waste of money honestly!

Food was good but restroom had a lot of gnats and it was really dirty. The napkins are out instead of inside the dispenser. A lot of the tables had crumbs on them as well.

I hate doing this.. But sometimes reviews help so much… Serenity was my cashier: ZEROOOO FRIENDLY! I asked 3 questions: all of them answered to NO. Not even: let me check, I’ll Ask my manager. No options given! She was more concentrated to the gossip over the intercom they all have in the heads.

My family just moved to the area and we have loved our experience with the Stone Oak Panera Bread. I have a Sips Club membership so I stop by often. Their staff is always friendly and the food is consistently made to order and delicious. I highly recommend stopping by.
I come here every morning and it is always such a great way to start the day. The whole crew is so positive and energetic and the coffee hits the spot!

Have been here 3 times…2 times last week and again once this morning about 645 am. This is my usual time to stop and the first day I ordered a Ham Benny Sandwich… it was good so I went back the next day and ordered the same thing. I took it back for a refund. When I paid I paid with a 20.00 bill and the correct change. The girl got confused and I said I just need a 10.00 bill back … she gave me a 10 plus 93 cents in change! ….I just shook my head…
Today I went to order a cinnamon roll to go but hearted up… I requested it 3 times! Gave the money to the same girl as the second trip… and she acted like she did not know what to do with it….i stated I need one dollar back… she said she already had it figured on the register….she actually does not know how to count money… got to my office and guess what…. No heated cinnamon roll!!
Called to tell them they said they have had some training issues! You think!!!
Well my business with them just went away!!

One of the cleanest Panera breads visited in a while. The staff was excellent, polite and well maintained the restaurant. The only reason for a three-star rating is the bakery goods, pastries, bagels, etc, was lacking and slim to no availability. Very small quantity, not much variety, and was there early enough in the day that more items should have been available.
