Easily the cleanest Panera I’ve ever dined at. The ordering system needs a little refining (add mustard and comments like toast my sandwich please). Other than that, bathrooms were clean. Tables were clean. Most recent health inspection, from October 2024 displayed a 99!

My dad spent the day in the ER, and on the way home, I thought it would be nice to get something light. Panera is one of my guilty pleasures. I'm trying to stay off the bread, but, it's Panera! My dad wanted something light, but I knew he was hungry since he literally did not eat all day, so I ordered him a full size salad. I am known among my friends and family as someone who hates sandwiches, but the ingredients sounded so tantalizing, I actually ordered one. Just because it's panera, I also got a baguette. As other reviews have stated, the $10 salad was ridiculously small! It was more on par with Sam's pre-made food court salad. Actually, Sam's salads are bigger and have more on them. My sandwich was around $10 also, but honestly, it was the BEST sandwich I have ever eaten in my LIFE! I think they put magic in the hummas? Of course, that baguette was perfect but overpriced. Overall, if that salad was double what it was, and my sandwich was a dollar less, I would've given them 5 stars. $27 was way too expensive for what we got. Since we visited the drive-through, I can't comment on the cleanliness.

I ordered lunch for my mother and I and went through the drive thru to pick it up, but the employee forgot to give me my bag of chips.

Great tasting food as usual. Service is relatively fast considering things are made to order. My only gripe is the stinginess of their dressing. It’s bad enough their dressing cups are half the size but even that half sized container is barely half full. Seems like a ploy for the store to save money. Be sure to check it if you want a full serving of dressing for your salad.
P.S. the chili is especially great.

Costumer service needs help. No one smiling, no greeting, no one tried to be helpful.

Love Panera Bread! I’m always happy with the service. You can order through the app and they call your name when order is ready. Plenty of food options on the menu. Their tomato basil soup is delicious and I love their chocolate chip bagels.
