The sandwich with tomato soup was a great combination. The woman who helped us last night was amazing — such a positive attitude and excellent customer service. I wish I had included her name in this review because she truly deserves the recognition, but unfortunately I don’t recall it.

Food was great as always, but had to rate it on start with the horrible customer service. I was ordering at the front the other day when the “manager” Bambi gave me much attitude. I also saw him being rude to some fellow employees. I truly do like this location but considering never coming back.

This is the last time I go to this Panera at the Rim either management isn’t doing there job or don’t know what’s going on with this location . Not only are they always out of something or they just don’t give you everything you ordered. Also employees have no knowledge of there soups . I asked an employee if they had some type of spicy soup , they recommended the street corn soup, but that soup was sweet not spicy at all. Than I ordered the broccoli cheese soup a few times and it’s all cheese no broccoli pieces at all just like if I got the bottom of the pot Last night I ordered at drive through around 7pm there was only 1 car in front of me took a while Than when I get to the window and pay for my order I asked the employee that I wanted to add a French baguette they said they where out .So I asked why didn’t they inform me that that when I was ordering instead of just having me sit there and wait , they just threw a chip bag in my bag. So I asked for a refund someone came to the window and said they were going to give me a sandwich bread that it was the same as a baguette , but it wasn’t it was awful and broccoli cheese soup again all liquids no bits of broccoli at least ..This has happened a few times even missing items when I’ve ordered online. I saved the soup from last night I want a refund, and for the corn soup as well……

Drive thru i was there at 7:20 pm and the person my the drive thru js turned off the head set and so i went to the window and it was js 6 people talking in the kitchen i was there for 10 minutes until they cable to ask what i wanted.The service is really bad it would be great for the owner to go into the drive thru to see the quality of the service.
Ordered my breakfast from here and bit into it to find out I was about to swallow toxins not sure what this is but a lot of rocks this is not cool at all and I want the corporate number
