The place is very quiet and suitable for eating and chatting quietly. The truth is that it is a place that I really liked because of the food, it is very light and has good flavor. If I have the opportunity I will go again.

Ordered the steak and cheddar sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup NO ONIONS for a whopping $17! Had me pull around to the front waited a long time and got the cheesesteak instead and it still had onions….I’m pregnant and onions are one thing that still make me nauseous so I can’t even eat my sandwich. I was giving yall another chance because you’re so expensive but if I can’t even get my actual order as basic as it was, I’m done for good.

I probably had the most simple order you could get, a cinnamon crunch bagel with plain cream cheese. Somehow they managed to mess even that up. There was absolutely no cinnamon on my bagel and it tasted like wet cement. I also got a cinnamon roll. Cinnamon roll was rock hard and tasted like dirt. Yes…dirt. Like the Jason Aldean song.

Today, worst service experience at the Panera Bread located at the Rim in San Antonio, TX. The elderly female person that took my order had the worst attitude I ever seen. People like this don’t belong behind a cashier to take orders.

Mariane The manager at this branch of Panera Bread is incredible. She’s very kind and servant hearted toward me. I’m currently learning Spanish, and her and I speak Spanish through the drive-through so that I can get better at the language. Her and the entire staff are very kind and humble, I would recommend this Panera Bread to any of my closest friends or family!

I’ve been to a lot of Panera locations due to traveling, but this one really stood out. The employee, Malorie, was absolutely amazing. Even though I was indecisive about what to eat, she guided me through the options and gave great suggestions on the newest items. She clearly knew what she was doing, and her help made my experience fantastic.

Got to this location for a quick lunch while doing some shopping. The majority of the tables and chairs were dirty. I addressed it to them and told me to use some wipes they had by one of the tables... Also, the service and preparation of the food were substandard. I don't recommend this location anymore.

This keeps happening. I tell myself to give them a second chance and it’s actually worse. Terrible quality. Ordered 3 Green goddess and no green to any of them. Had to take back the old rotting lettuce with a blob of cheese Shame-whiches. Plus the salads were missing ingredients like my Cobb Salad with no egg and one slender piece of chicken. This place has gone downhill so fast it’s so sad to see and it seems like they don’t even care.

Went through the drive through last night at 8:29. There are no lights on in the parking lot, such poor visibility could result in a pedestrian getting hit.
Then Panera forgot to provide dressing for my salad. For a meal that costs just under $20 I expect better.
