I had not been to Panera in many years, I had heard mixed reviews from people , I had to go and see for myself, I loved the new look, the way you order, the way it’s prepared, fresh and the wonderful staff . The only thing I would change is the lighting, it was too bright for me. Wonderful experience overall .

Filthy woman’s bathroom. Absolutely disgusting a homeless woman was in there with the door open and had made a mess. No paper towels and even the tables hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered their broccoli and cheddar soup. Took a bite and then looked down at the top of the soup to find black hairs. 🤢🤮 Will never eat here or any other Panera again. Totally ruined it.

Don’t order for pickup, they just immediately put it as food ready so they have good numbers for corporate. Poor attitude from the lady at the desk when I came up to ask her where my food was at because they said it was ready. I’d rather just eat somewhere else at that point
