Ii love the self service part, for 16 bucks a month you just help yourself and I like dark roast. The most fun part is Tina, she is a fireball, I love the staff and she always makes me laugh, Her sidekick Novi is a sweetheart, they are very dear to my heart.

We ordered French onion soup at the drive thru. I specifically asked the employee if she included the croutons. She assured me they did. There was a long line of people behind me so I didn’t double check. Of couse,we get home,no croutons! The location at HEB on 1604 NEVER gets it right! So annoying!!!
It was sandwiches , more bread than anything else. I ordered a Mac and cheese and enjoyed it more than the sandwich. The staff very friendly and the atmosphere was great but a little bit packed so long wait for the food.
They were extra nice young people working and it’s worth it to me to see the young people all working together to make it all work. I always support any establishment that employees young staff and train them ,,,
This is what the great USA is all about!!!!
Parking: Open parking lot / huge parking with
H-E-B And a mall area.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was really good and the staff very nice.

RUDE!!! The ladies at the window are just rude. And it makes me not want to go to the only one that is closest to me. Ugh.
The food is great but the place really needs to cleaned up

The nastiest Panera location I’ve ever been. Very dirty carpets and restrooms, furniture feels like from 50s, it’s broken and unmounted. The food didn’t arrive as we customized it, employees are in so rush for no reason, there was only 3 busy tables and no drive through traffic. This place is just horrible.

Haven’t been here in a while but came in this morning for ciabatta sandwich remembering it was good.
Not anymore!! My bacon was burned, eggs were dry. Asked for some mayonnaise at least and was told they didn’t have any. Husband goes to the condiments counter and there was mayonnaise. Staff doesn’t even know what they have.
I will not be returning.

$10 dollars for a fraction of a sandwich? What a joke never again, lesson learned.

No one at the counter had to wait. The menu was confusing.....food was good. Pricey for what you receive.
No second trip for me.

Food is always great, but once in a while and item or two have been missing from the order so check your bag prior to leaving.
