I came into Panera at 8:13 PM with my daughter. They close at 9 PM, but we were still welcomed warmly. We ordered from the self-serve tablets super easy and convenient and picked up our food in less than six minutes.
What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional customer service. At 8:42 PM, a group of five women walked in. I watched as Eden Garcia, who was working at the counter, greeted them with a genuine smile and incredible energy like the store had just opened, not like it was winding down for the night.
Even though it was close to closing time, she patiently walked them through the menu, answered questions about salads, and kept her positive attitude the entire time. All five of them completed their orders by 8:49 PM, and Eden never rushed them once. Her professionalism, grace, and joy in serving others truly stood out.
I actually went up to her to applaud her and thank her for such amazing service. Employees like Eden make the dining experience memorable. She deserves recognition for how beautifully she handled every interaction.
Do not visit this Panera. After we finished our meal, I asked for a large cup for water and the employee refused, saying, 'We don’t do that—there are water cups over there.' Just a few weeks earlier at another Panera, the staff had no issue giving me two large cups. The attitude here was unwelcoming and rude—definitely not worth your time.
Food was great but the long haired dude in the kitchen needs a hair net. The baseball cap doesn't cut it
Very slow service. They lost my delivery order
We have been coming here with our family since they opened and the food is always to great and fresh and the employees are always so nice and respectful.
Ii love the self service part, for 16 bucks a month you just help yourself and I like dark roast. The most fun part is Tina, she is a fireball, I love the staff and she always makes me laugh, Her sidekick Novi is a sweetheart, they are very dear to my heart.

We ordered French onion soup at the drive thru. I specifically asked the employee if she included the croutons. She assured me they did. There was a long line of people behind me so I didn’t double check. Of couse,we get home,no croutons! The location at HEB on 1604 NEVER gets it right! So annoying!!!
It was sandwiches , more bread than anything else. I ordered a Mac and cheese and enjoyed it more than the sandwich. The staff very friendly and the atmosphere was great but a little bit packed so long wait for the food.
They were extra nice young people working and it’s worth it to me to see the young people all working together to make it all work. I always support any establishment that employees young staff and train them ,,,
This is what the great USA is all about!!!!

RUDE!!! The ladies at the window are just rude. And it makes me not want to go to the only one that is closest to me. Ugh.

The nastiest Panera location I’ve ever been. Very dirty carpets and restrooms, furniture feels like from 50s, it’s broken and unmounted. The food didn’t arrive as we customized it, employees are in so rush for no reason, there was only 3 busy tables and no drive through traffic. This place is just horrible.
