So my husband and I came out to breakfast at Pantiflas Cantina off of 1604/Bulverde. I actually enjoyed my meal which was not your usual Tex-Mex breakfast. I had an omelette chilaquile with their red sauce topped with some asparagus and Mexican sour cream along with potatoes and refried beans. My husband, unsure of the menu (he's a picky eater) had 3 pancakes topped with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate - that's it. A bit of a disappointment looking at the menu considering we both thought it would be served with potatoes and an egg; which is more the style we are both used to. Anyway, there were three pancakes. He said it was "good" đ¤ˇââď¸ We also ordered a 14" concha to go. Not sure I'll order that again as take out. The concha was packed using saran wrap and then placed in a plastic bag "to go". For the price we paid of $35 w/o the hot chocolate, I expected to bring it home in a pastry box. Anyhow, that was our experience. It was a good experience tho' considering we both expected a little more for the price we paid. Overall, we did it for the concha experience. Customer service was 5 â's, cleanliness 5 â's, location was a busy strip mall but 5 â's, ambiance 5 â's

I came with my family for the first time, the food is good, it is authentic Mexican, the host and the waitress are friendly. The only reason I give only 3 stars is because the waitress lacks training, we lasted more than 15 minutes without drinks and she never approached or was in sight to call her, I ordered an appetizer and she never brought the small plates to serve us even though I asked for them! I do not consider returning for the simple fact that for me customer service in any establishment is paramount and honestly the poor service overshadows the quality of the food, not to mention that they did not have several drinks on the menu.

We had the giant concha and Mexican style hot cocoa, my husband had breakfast and everything was excellent, the only downfall was the tortillas, we were expecting homemade but they werenât, other than that I absolutely recommend this place, we will definitely go back.

My wife and I came across this restaurant through Instagram. We came and the food is delicious. They have variety or things available for brunch lunch and dinner! It was hard to pick but I can assure you that everything is going to be delicious.
They have great cafe de holla and mocha Mexicano. There conchas is delicious and warm out of the oven!
We had a great experience and left really happy.
My wife order some delicious chilaquiles verdes and I had a omelette bravo with chicharrones!

Never coming back. Took staff over 30 minutes to offer us something to drink. I ordered ceviche and it had a strong fishy taste that made it impossible to eat.. It didnât come with any tostadas or crackers After waiting for another 40 minutes we were disappointed about the food in general. Definitely wouldnât recommendâŚ

I canât say enough great things about Panfila Cantina! The food is absolutely delicious â every dish is packed with flavor and made to perfection. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything we tried was mouthwatering and exceeded expectations. The drinks were equally impressive, refreshing, and expertly crafted.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If youâre looking for a spot with incredible food, amazing drinks, and fantastic service, this is it. Highly recommend!
