I live upstairs from This location so I frequently attend this spot but today they displayed deeply unprofessional and discriminatory behavior that no customer should ever encounter. My order placed was delayed over 40 minutes while others were served promptly. When I politely asked about the delay, two male employees became hostile and rude, using slurs and telling me it was my fault the order didn’t go in yet when I paid already The staff (pictured) were openly rude, dismissive, and used inappropriate language toward a loyal paying customer, then provided the wrong order and forced to be me to be charged twice. This was humiliating, disrespectful, and this kind of behavior should never happen to anyone. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the brand and demands immediate corporate attention. Can’t believe how badly customers can be ignored. Waited almost an hour at the front of the store as no one paid a couple minutes of attention to just hand me a pizza that was already ready paid for and made. Everyone was so focused on other tasks that I had to sit there almost an hour calling for help just to retrieve a pizza that was made 45 minutes ago.

My food arrived too late and the delivery person arrived. He had very specific delivery instructions in my profile for this rubbish Uber app. I'd never had a problem like that before. I canceled the order anyway. The idiots at Uber delivered it to me, and right off the bat, I contacted customer service and they put me in touch with a customer service agent. And what this person tells me is to contact the restaurant and file a complaint with them. It's stupid to say that I should do that when the restaurant has nothing to do with it and they close the communication, they didn't give me a solution and I need my money back and for them to come here and and let them come and pick up their damn cold pizza.

Placed my order online at 8:49 it is now 11:33pm and I’m am sitting I. This hell hole still waiting for my order. Almost three hours later… supposedly they can’t refund me which is strange because the first time I called they said they already issued one. I get here and it’s a different story and I’m told they can’t not fulfill my complete order. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Manager was rude and very unprofessional. I definitely will NEVER be back
Ordered a pizza via Uber, added anchovies. Apparently they were out of anchovies, and instead of calling me, they CLAIM to have added more salami (though it seems suspiciously the same amount as every other pizza I've gotten). I didn't ask for the extra salami. When I call up, thier only option was to remake the pizza tomorrow, which doesnt help me any due to being a truck driver at the arena for tonight only. Its a $2 fish. I'm not worried about that. I'm pissed at the horrible business etiquette from this location

The place sucked like they treated me and my buddies like criminals they called us homeless for no reason and we legitimately had our work uniforms on and we told them not to say stuff like that and now we are not allowed back in and the place is very dirty

Ordered a medium (8slices) pizza, with a 20oz Crush Orange drink. And received a small (6 slices) pizza and a Starry soda instead, the employee told me he thought I said Starry but gave me the orange soda but I didn't get my medium pizza. What I walked away with wasn't worth the $20 I spent on it. Highly disappointed.
Also wanted to point out how they weren't paying attention and were eating pizza toppings without wearing gloves. 🙄🙄🙄
