I ordered stuff crust pizza and payed extra for it .. but the person that took my order did not put in stuff crust they did not listen I payed 50$ for 3 large pizza

The shift leads at this location are poor to say the least. You have to call corporate to get anyone with any sense of customer service.
Last week, it took us 2 hours to get a pizza and it arrived cold. Nothing was comped. In fact I had to drive to the store myself after paying tip and delivery. They refused to even refund us those funds. So had enough after today.
Today the pizza was wrong, and rightfully a new pizza was sent. After discovering after the fact the wings had much less sauce than whatever the procedure indicates, the lead Nicole refused to send a new sauce or refund the wings because she diapatched the driver who was bringin us a wrong order already. Usually these wings are smothered in sauce! In fact, she questioned why it took so long to open the wings!! Like it's even her business how a family eats!!
Sounds like management is taking care of this, realizing the importance of repeate business.

Where do I begin. Working in Customer service myself and being a Manager the so called “Manager” working the shift tonight around 6:30pm when I called asking where my order that I placed through the Papa John’s App was not helpful at all. In fact, she told me that me not receiving my delivery order was my problem when called. It truly baffles my mind when I call the Papa John’s customer service line that the agent, Frod (whom was very helpful), could look up that I had an order placed today coming from the location off of Tezel to my home address and what time I was expecting it to be deliver. Yet the “Manager” said she had no history of me ordering from that location when I provided my phone number for her to look up my order history, mind you the exact same information I gave the customer service agent. Hopefully, I hear back from the GM from the location within 24hrs because if that was truly the Manager I was speaking with then that is just not someone who needs to be in that position.

They put a sweet sauce on pizza!! Why?? Maybe some folks like that but I thought it was awful. This was their Shackaroni pizza. Service was horrible. They had so many folks waiting to pick up. We couldn't understand the men when they'd call out a name. Very heavy accents. They told me on the phone my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. It took 45!!! They didn't even know what cross street they are closest to for directions. They gave me the wrong street on the phone when I asked.

We had given up on Papa Johns, but my daughter wanted it and we thought we'd give it another try. It took longer to get my order than what the app said, but it is Friday night. Pizza was okay. Though they really need to work on the ratio of crust to toppings.

When you order a Shaq-A-Roni & they for get the Pepperoni. One manager doesn't communicate to the next day manager for a remake to make things correct. Called & no information was left with my situation.
Got an XL New York Pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. Called in my order and spoke to a very nice person On the phone. My pizza was ready with the time they gave me. My pizza was very good.

I love that you all require a minimum order of $15 for delivery, but your orders are delivered by DoorDash. It's even better when you have some great deals that cannot be delivered because they are just under 15 bucks. Your practices are pushing me to be less lazy and just go pick the dang order up!

Worked here. Food is fresh. Service can have its mistakes. The peppers are the focus of the fuss. Atmosphere isnt that bad with no dine in. The workers are calm and keep to themsleves. Not a well paying job.
