I don’t know who that kid is, but he needs to check his attitude. I spoke to a pleasant lady at first, then some other dude came up with an extreme attitude. That needs to be checked at the door. Or he should be fired

I had the worst experience with their service. All of the staff seemed very incompetent, and the manager didn't even know her own name—that's how unprofessional it was. They tried to sell me hamburgers when I thought I was calling a pizza place. Please consider avoiding Papa John’s for your pizza orders.

Ordered some pizza for Halloween and have to give the employees credit for working so hard. They were slammed with orders so I don't blame them for the little extra wait. They still did a great job making our pizzas and the cashier was attentive to everyone waiting making sure we got out food as soon as it was ready.

Had made an order for a 6:15 pm pickup. Came at 6:20 it was not ready. They did not start to make the pizza until 6:45. I don’t know what was the point of even ordering online here. Better to just go somewhere else.

Do Papa Johns not use their own employees to deliver pizza anymore? And is anyone else tired of the delivery folks putting the damn food right in front of the door on the ground preventing the door to be opened?
Not only that but the boxes aren't sealed. When they're put on the ground bugs can access the box then the food. No one wants bugs in their food. Do better!

Beef, onion and black olives were really almost missing from our 3 topping pizza. 2 of the slices had only cheese and very little of it. Not going back to pitiful Papa's.

Start off pizza pick up was delayed by 20 mins, picked up and opened box at home l, toppings are minimal for some reason there's a giant was of mozzarella on one of the slice, they added a random pepper and sauce that I did not order. Very disappointed in my first time order experience
