I’m a long time customer here, I come almost every weekend to pick up my kids a stuffed crust pizza. I guess I come so often, everytime I walk in the employees never even as my name, just hands me my pizza 😂. I swear, they hook it up on the cheese everytime, unlike other places skimping on their damn cheese. Highly recommend this papa John’s. But just a tip, order online then wait awhile to go pick it up, weekends sometimes are busy, as expected for a pizza joint.

Dump driver didn’t delivered my order at my house and finished the delivery. Not the first even the second time we order and the drivers doesn’t delivery. Resulting in refund and hungry guests at my house. Zero empathy to the customers.

Two years ago I had a bad experience at this papa John pizza. I recently went back to see if the new staff improved. Negative! Still a bunch of incompetent workers who get orders wrong and with a “I don’t care” attitude. Customers, beware!

I went to pick up an order for Door Dash. I was told 5 min. Then I get another order while picking up. He then says it will be about 30 min if you accept that order as well. Just bad business and lazy if you ask me. We are all working trying to make it in this world. Need better customer service for sure..

BABCOCK San Antonio Papa John's gets a negative score for SAFETY & CUSTOMER SERVICE/recovery! My daughter is a student at UTSA and used PPJ's address locator to specify her dorm address but once the order was placed, a completely inaccurate address was defaulted. She called the store who assured us they would tell the Doordash driver more specific directions. After 3 teenage girls stood outside the dorm for 15 mins and no delivery, they called the store again and PPJ's said it was out of their hands bec Doordash is a 3rd party. Yes, a 3rd party that PPJ's is contracted with! The male driver ended up texting and calling these teenage girls to try to identify the location bec it was wrong in his app too! Almost an hour past the deliver time, close to 11PM at this point, he managed to find them. Thankfully he was not some creep and profusely apologized, but the food was cold and the girls were afraid it had been tampered with. As a parent, I've written PPJ's TWICE and asked for them to contact me and have received nothing from this San Antonio store. Our usual stores in Austin reach out within a week (sometimes proactively, if delivery is delayed), so I know this is not typical PPJ's service. It just goes to show how the owners of this BABCOCK franchise could care less about their customers or their safety! Simply unacceptable and APPALLING!

I made a call at 4:47 pm to order 2 large pepperoni pizza, right now it’s 5:51 pm. And still waiting on my order, probably most of the worse service.
I don’t know who that kid is, but he needs to check his attitude. I spoke to a pleasant lady at first, then some other dude came up with an extreme attitude. That needs to be checked at the door. Or he should be fired

I had the worst experience with their service. All of the staff seemed very incompetent, and the manager didn't even know her own name—that's how unprofessional it was. They tried to sell me hamburgers when I thought I was calling a pizza place. Please consider avoiding Papa John’s for your pizza orders.

Ordered some pizza for Halloween and have to give the employees credit for working so hard. They were slammed with orders so I don't blame them for the little extra wait. They still did a great job making our pizzas and the cashier was attentive to everyone waiting making sure we got out food as soon as it was ready.
