Manager was rude. I brought it to his attention that one of the delivery drivers was in the only handicap spot. There was no parking near the building so I had to walk with a bad knee in the cold from the equivalent of 100+ ft. He just walked away like it wasn’t his problem and did not even offer an apology or aske the driver to move his car I notified corporate, the lady typed up the complaint said a regional manager would get back to me I have heard not a peep. Just a reminder why I do not order from this location. I love Papa Johns but will go without it given the constantly horrible service over the past 5 years.Wheelchair accessibility: 1 spot that the delivery drivers apparently are free to use with no decal

I had orded pizza at 8:30, Waited around for a phone call or something because my pizza tracker wasn't updating. At 9:30 i went to sit outside my building to wait for it and waited for 45 minutes outside trying to get a hold of someone and figure out where my $30 worth of food is. Once i get someone on the phone they tell me that they went to the wrong door and gave it to someone without checking the name or anything. They then offered me a refund which i never got and waited another 30 minutes for a pizza. Wish i got my refund, not ordering from papa johns again. I ordered pizza at 8:30 and didn't eat till close to 11:20.

They don't let you ordered pickup after 10 and they still opened until midnight. They just take delivery orders. But guess what? They don't have drivers and they send your food over door dash and that could be take up to 90 min. When you call to see the status of your order they said "it's not dashers available to pick up you order sorry" so if you going and pick it up after that they still charge the delivery fee. Totally disappointed.

Well these are my stale cheese sticks.And these are my buffalo wings that came with a ranch sauce already open...not sanitary or safe at all.This is my second time with this franchise and both times were a disappointment. I will support another one.

Terrible, terrible! I have been told twice my meal would be replaced. When I call to get it the manager says he doesn’t see my info anywhere and that another manager has to handle it. I will NEVER order there again. I bought a pizza, chicken and a dessert. I live approximately 10 blocks from the store. I tracked my driver while he drove all around before bringing this disgusting cold food 1.5 hours later.

I ordered a New York style one topping peperoni pizza with extra cheese and sauce and paid extra for steak and it was lacking in every way possible the ingredients. Let's just say that I will not be ordering from this place again.

This location has come a long way. It's now under new management and I'm starting to see it staffed up during the busy hours. Daytime service is on point. I see a driver parked in front of the building every morning and service seems to move very smoothly.

It is the most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten ,burned it and is hard to see the cheese, and vegetables ….. low quality ….any other dominos, hut are much better than this one, we had to throw it away and buy something else to eat …and is the 3 time it happens..noooo more
