I did an online order for “contactless delivery” because I am currently sick and so is my 3 year old son. I left my phone to charge while I went to the restroom. Whole time I hear loud knocking at my door. As I said I’m in the bathroom and ordered CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. So it should’ve been left at my door and left at that. Why is the delivery man knocking loudly and when I answer my phone having a horrible attitude with me saying he’s been at my door. FOR WHAT??? Like?? I felt uncomfortable to go get my pizza for 5-10 minutes. I call the store to tell them this issue and a lady answers and is being understanding says she has to get the manager. I get placed on hold and the manager some man answers “hello?” I say “yes hello” wait some time and this man says NOTHING. Like??? “Hi I understand there’s been an issue please explain?” SOMETHING!!! I had to speak and told him the situation all I got was “I’ll talk to him when he gets back” no apologies at the very least no anything even when I said it made me uncomfortable to go to my own door. I then say “I guess I’ll have to bring up to a higher up because there seems to be no apologies or anything” then with a very monotoned, annoyed voice “okay well I do apologize like said I’ll talk to him and coach him on contactless delivery. Absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. Please be careful ladies!!!!!!!!!

I don’t usually eat at Papa John’s often, but after today’s experience, that’s definitely going to change. I had a special request to make my pregnant fiancée’s day a little brighter, and the team at this location absolutely delivered. The manager, Jason, went above and beyond to help me with a custom order. He was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to make it perfect for her. Jennifer, one of the workers, was also incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. Their kindness and attention to detail really meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find that level of care and customer service these days, and I truly appreciate what they did. Thank you, Jason and Jennifer! You’ve definitely gained a loyal customer!

Something happens with this store I get midnight Oder the staf lock the door and wait in a car waiting arround 3 minute they know customer coming to pick they don’t want out from the car and still see customer waiting check for to day your staf march 08 2025, something happens with this stafff

I generally avoid this Papa John’s location even though it is the closest one to where I live. I have had a few bad experiences there. Today I decided to give them another try. Sadly, the service was just as bad as it has been previous times. I went in to pick up my order (that I had placed myself on the app). The employee treated me like a delivery driver. He wasted my time putting stickers on the boxes and then asked me to prove the name on the order. Luckily I still had the app handy on my phone, but that was insulting. I understand if they have had trouble with people pretending to be delivery drivers and stealing things, but he could see that it was an online delivery order and I gave him my name already. Plus, I am clearly not one of the hoodlums that hang out in that area.
The cherry on top was when I asked for cheese and peppers and he skimped me.
It’s possible I will be back someday, but after this and similar rude treatments in the past, I will definitely think twice and choose a different location if at all possible.

Delivery stole/failed to deliver food
Placed order online at 1:39 I got a notification at 2:05 that my driver was arriving and clocked out of work at exactly 2:05 (work from home) I saw that the tracker place the driver entering my apt complex so I went downstairs near the door to wait for it. Didn't hear a single knock or doorbell. Around 2:10 I checked the door incase it was left no contact and all that was there were my amazon packages. At 2:15 I contact the store, the automatic line said the order is running late and then got in contact with female manager. After manager contacted driver she claimed the driver knocked multiple times and left the order at the door she said it might have gotten stolen and that she could remake it. After I explained that I have cameras at the door with time stamps of me being at the dinning room waiting and the other packages arriving she offered an immediate refund. I believe the driver stole the oder bc I never got the notification that it was deliver, the staments were made that they knocked multiple times and that they placed it in the front door. But I got cameras to prove the driver never even came down my pathway. Thought of giving papa John's a try glad to know I won't be trying it again.

I ONLY GAVE A 15% TIP BECAUSE USUALLY I HAVE TO MEET THE DRIVER AT THE FRONT OFFICE TO RETRIEVE MY ORDER, OR THEY DO NOT EVEN DROP IT OFF.

When my boyfriend and I moved into our apartment and started ordering from here it was great but now it’s like the employees don’t even care on how to treat your food with care we order delivery today on they’re game day bundle and the pizza was smooshed together looked as if it wasn’t even made all the way, the wings didn’t taste good at all and the cheese sticks (had to call and tell them they were supposed to be added to our order ) tasted like they were more doughy then anything sad to say but doubt I will be ordering from this place a again not only this but last week we did carry out and the guy who was working there wasn’t nice at all and after waiting 15 min before even going to get my food was told wait another 20 min when only 2 people were in front of me and theirs were already ready
