This location never gets our order wrong, and they always ask if we want Parmesan and crushed red pepper, cannot say the same for the location closest to us. The staff are always smiling and friendly.

I don’t know who is in charge of todays shift but the only person with any business assisting the general public is the redhead guy with curly hair and beard. To keep long story short, manager went out to smoke a cig after I had waited 15 minutes since the pizza was “ready”. Idk if he lost it, never made it, or what but he didn’t care. Red head guy made sure I got my pizza. If I catch that manager foo outside I owe him a smack in the mouth.

Order in the app only to receive a notification 30 minutes after delivery expected time error. Called the location to be told they don't know why but door dasher took the food and cancel. Shouldn't allow delivery if they don't have drivers.

I wasn't expecting much. I haven't eaten a papa John's in a long time. I saw they had a carry out deal. I ordered one pepperoni and one extra cheese. The cheese was only cut into quarters and a 711 pizza has more cheese. I guess I'll try again in a few years. It did taste ok though.

Terrible customer service.Placed an order for a pizza on the Papa Johns app, ordered delivery, was charged a delivery fee and provided an overly generous tip. At a certain point we wondered why the pizza was taking so long. Checked the front door, pizza was there, by now cold; driver didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell.Called the Papa Johns store and was told by the shift lead (the store manager was not available) that it was not their fault it was Door Dash's fault. I advised that we did not place the order through Door Dash, I placed it via the Papa Johns app. He then stated, that once the pizza leaves the store it is no longer their responsibility but it becomes the responsibility of the third-party vendor and that I can call them to complain. I repeated that I had not placed the order with them. It was clear that this shift lead had no idea how to resolve the issue or how to deal with customers.

They have been understaffed and relying on door dash drivers for months. Whatever program is being used to connect the store to door dash is unacceptable. My orders just keep getting pushed back further and further as I watch the order go from driver to driver. As soon as it’s the estimated time of delivery, it gives me a new name for the driver and pushes my delivery time back by 30 minutes. Last time I finally got my food about 2 hours later, and as of right now I’ve been waiting for over an hour.
