Papa Johns Pizza

Food was terrible and had a weird chemical taste. Spent $70 and threw it all away after a couple slices. Cheese was not bonded to pizza and they appeared under cooked. Wife and I both got sick as well, be advised.

I went for an interview and the place didn’t exist and the guy who reached out on indeed was no longer available to contact. A waste of gas and time.

The order shown to me was not my order I had no cancel there are no numbers to call to cancel I tried to cancel the orders but they are not allowing me to cancel this order

If you want cold food and staff that don't take proper procedures when handling food. This is the place. Scratching your face and cutting food is gross. Rubbing your allergy nose and still making pizzas also gross. I don't even come here that often. And now I remember why. The manager doesn't care either. It's just a pay check to.them. let's see what upper management says about my order tonight that I waited 40mins for. For nothing. Never again.

Ordered on halloween. Two pizzas, cinnamon pull apart, and cheese sticks. Order was 40 min late, and the driver shows up with only one pizza. I get that it's halloween and they're busy, that's fine. Driver says he'll have someone else bring our order. Another hour passes, no sign of another driver. The store kept hanging up the phone whenever I called. The app said my order was delivered and the 'other driver' never showed up. This Papa John's straight up stole my money.

I placed an order to get delivered and I left delivering instructions and an hour later. My order still was not here. I called back and they said oh it went through DoorDash and they don’t get delivery instructions so I have no idea where my order went. I called the manager. He was very unhelpful and very rude.

Delivery was good, on time. Pizza was good, as usual. But this time the pizza had a date stamp on it. 2 slices to be exact. The garlic sauce cups were placed on top of the pizza instead of the corners. Photo included.

I love Papa Johns, but this location does the company a disservice. Very low quality food

Skip this location they skimp on toppings even when you pay for extras to the point it’s insulting. Drive north to the one on potranco at hwy 211 and you’ll get better results.

Placed order at 1153 am . Said delivery 30 minutes. Hour goes by still no pizza call. Appears no delivery drivers showed up to work. No courtesy call saying order must be canceled. On just turn off the delivery service on web site. Lack of attention to details is ridiculous. Order at your own risk

35 dollars for the saddest pizza that’s ever taken an hour to drive five minutes. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from papa john’s. One large three topping pizza cost 31 and some change plus tip. I’ve been a chef for 20 years, so I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this is just horrible. Save yourself a lot of money and get a frozen pizza, at least that won’t take an hour and a half to make?‍♂️

Literally the WORST service I have EVER had. Ordered pizza and wing for family. Papa tracker said order was close, and I was tracking the GPS via that for over 45 minutes when it suddenly went blank. Called the store to figure out where my food was, and the manager wasn't sure so he said he'd ask his delivery driver. After talking to his driver, he came back with a story that suddenly our location was too hard to find (we aren't a new development by any means and we've never had any issues with deliveries before) and that he himself had even tried calling us, which wasn't true as I never received any calls or alerts at all. Waited outside to get my food and he kept mixing up his stories, even saying the driver got here and that we wouldn't answer to get our food. When I pointed out they he was wrong and that he was making stuff up, he hung up on me. Food wasted, an hour + gone, and now I have to figure out something to cook for my kids since it's dinner time and the pizza I'd promised them isn't here. Worst service I have ever received. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I ordered this pizza and since i was poor and had a gift card plus money they let me use both, and after the pizza got here(really quick i must add) my dog try to run away and the delivery man help get her 10/10 very nice pizza for a very nice price

I ordered online for pick up at 330pm. The lady with the fake elf ears kept saying my pizza was in the oven 10 mins later she's cursing trying to explain to the guy who came in to relieve her that she doesn't know where my order went. Then she tells me at 345pm that she will have to make me a new one. As I watched her she was touching everything on the counters and started to touch the crust without washing her hands. It was extremely hot in there. I asked her for some complimentary water for thr inconvenience, she basically told me no. The young man who was making the Pizzas was very kind and gave us 2 water bottles for free. I gave 2 stars for him I would give more for him only. The guy who relieved her was frustrated with her because she was leaving him with all the slack. My order was ready at 353pm. It was supposed to be ready at 330pm. I won't be coming back to this place. Please give the young boy a raise. He might be manager one day
