Papa Johns Pizza

Do not eat here or any papa John's. The food is very doughy and tasteless. And l very small. Portions. Over priced. Very stingy in toppings. Undercooked and underwhelmed food. Customer service is terrible. I told them I was missing a sauce. They didn't care, they said it wasn't on my receipt, when I checked my receipt, it in there. Very disappointed overall I'm this store and Papa John's!

I ordered takeout and noticed a few people waiting. The cashier was trying to give someone their change when, unfortunately, he accidentally pressed the “tender” button without entering the correct amount. As a result, he asked for help, and his manager, Samantha, noticed his struggle. Samantha approached him, scolded him, and simultaneously checked the change amount on her phone. She angrily instructed him to “just go over there” to assist someone else. This behavior was highly unethical and inappropriate for a manager to display in front of customers. I understand that the cashier was under pressure, but there’s no justification for taking it out on him or any other employee. Samantha, please take better care of your responsibilities as a manager and set a positive example for your team. I did bring this up to her because I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards him.

I decided to pick up a pizza since is more faster than delivery but this location the staff need some advance with the manager. I went there waiting to order. It was the delivery guy, other girl and the one who was doing the pizzas. The girl who was available to take the order asked the other girl for her “code” that way she can take the order but she refused. She wasn’t nice with her co- worker, the other two just look at each other and say sorry to me. I wait the whole time until that girl finished all the pizza then take my order only because she refused the help from the other two coworkers.

No only that!! The pizza took forever to come out.

I take advantage of the $6 papa pairings quite often. The staff is always super friendly and sweet. Never had an issue with my food or order.

Ordered garlic parm wings and they were plain. Waste of money on those and the garlic parm breadsticks were also plain.... pizza was decent aside from that.

Staff members that night were nice but lil slow and when I got my pizza there where veggies that looked like they were put on top after . I don’t know how that happened but it did. I was tired and just wanted to go home .

Got charged $9.73 on my card even tho when it said $7.57 with $2 papa dough. I specifically took a screenshot right before I paid and they still over charged. I hardly order pizza and I hate being overcharged

I don’t know why they always give me the wrong order. Whenever I speak to the staff, they say, “We don’t know.” I always have to wait extra time. This only happens at this location, not at other Papa John’s locations

Very nice people working in the store I accidentally ordered to the wrong store and they were so helpful and fast with remaking my order

I can’t even explain it without getting mad

I went to pick up my carryout order that I placed and was told they didn't have my order and to go to another papa johns, about 15 min or more since potranco Rd is horrible. I assure her I placed the order here and even show her my confirmation. She still insists I go to the other location. Then another customer comes in for his order and it's not on there screen either. So she calls someone on the phone, about a minute or so later she comes back to the register hits a button on the screen and like magic. All the orders appear. She doesn't apologize for trying to send me away for no reason or even say a word to us, just starts making the food. Fine. Doesn't wash her hands or glove up. Pizzas and breadsticks finally come out the oven, and the worker pulling the pizzas asks the same manager/whatever she is, where the garlic sauce is for the sticks. She hands her a bottle and the woman puts it on and its cream cheese not the sauce, smh. So our pizzas sat 10 to 15 extra minutes while they had to remake the sticks. The woman that was pulling the pizzas(now slammed with orders) had to stop and hand us the food because the manager or whatever, was completely avoiding the front. We've been loyal customers or this location for years and this was the Worst experience here ever. I never leave negative reviews, but this time it was needed.
