Had a bad experience was given a free pizza and when I tried to redeem it the team member hung up on me after pretending to take my order. When I called back after an hour they offered to pretend to take the order again. I will be going to a different chain and I suggest other do the same. Papa johns used to be one of the best.

They had messed up my order on Oct 1st with 3 pizza and they y’all were nice enough to credit me the 3 pizzas and try again and so I did today and BIG SHOUT OUT to Dylan .. he helped me and others as well while he was by himself. The consistency at this location is way off. Sometimes the order is fine, but then the next time it will be incorrect, or the quality will be markedly different. The most disappointing thing is that the manager e-mailed my wife and said that they were sorry and to make up for the problems, he would credit our account with 3 free pizzas. That never happened, and when my wife e-mailed and asked about it, she received no reply. The only conclusion I can draw is that this location is inconsistent, not good, and no one seems to care or do anything about it.

I walked into a place that looked clearly understaffed, with a small team doing everything they could to hold it together. Despite the pressure, they were trying their damnedest to serve customers — many of whom, frankly, were being unnecessarily rude.
Sure, the service could absolutely improve. But from what I saw, the issue wasn’t laziness or apathy — it looked like a staffing problem, maybe even a lack of resources across the board. The team seemed overwhelmed, not unmotivated.
Bottom line: with more support, this place could run a lot smoother. The effort was there — they just looked outnumbered.

Pizza was not cooked fully. Real doughie. There was barely any toppings (I ordered a mushroom pizza XL and there was only 7 small mushrooms. Mightiest well just have gotten a plain cheese. Very disappointed. Never returning.

We order quite a bit from this location and most of the time pizzas are okay. But today our order was amazing!! Pizzas had the perfect amount of toppings, it was thick or like my kids say “fluffy” and delicious. The service was exceptional as well, I asked for plates, crushed pepper and parmesan cheese and besides having everything we needed he was so polite when providing them to me. The whole family enjoyed it and made our night extra special. Keep up the good work!!
