There's a reason they say better ingredients, better Pizza. Did online order through the app and turned out just fine. No complaints, they were very busy and we're only a couple minutes past the estimated time. Staff was friendly helpful and efficient.

Worst costumer service, they hired Chinese people that they donât understand English and the put on the order whatever they think and this is the 3 rd time that they give me the wrong one, make sure that you check on the pizza before you get out my name is Pablo Hernandez and they did it again for third time

Just experienced the worst customer service ever by âAbbyâ (female with nose ring and curly orange and black hair) . When I placed my order over the phone she already seemed rude. When I arrives there was a long line of customers and some that said they had been there for more than 20 minutes and hadn't yet been assisted by anyone. While there was a long line of customers who hadnât been helped ,Abby was putting the stickers on the pizza boxes . She yelled at one of the elderly delivering drivers and humiliated him in front of all the customers after he had just arrived and was looking for his next delivery. I than asked if my order was ready since I was the next customer and Abby ignored me and acted like she couldnât hear me I than told her I know she can hear me and Abby said she was busy and to hold on and proceeded to look on her computer. Abby was such a strange worker to not only her co workers but to her customers. She does seem mature enough or has the skills to run this location properly. If Abby sees this, girl you embarrassed yourself and all us customer were talking amongst each other on how much u don't know how to run this location.

Influx dinner crowd but service and planning was terrible. The clerk focused on stickering boxes vs helping the full lobby. Didnât ask for help from the multiple associates in back and having customers stand in the lobby for 30+ min while food sits and gets cold. Where is the management support and customer service mentality?

Went to this location yesterday in person after trying to place an order Saturday over the phone all to find out that the health department has shut down this location. It made husband decide never to go to papa johns again. If the health department shut down this location one must wonder if other papa johns are that nasty that the health department has yet to visit. So a little bit of advice I would stear clear of papa johns.
