Called in for a pick up.
Ordered a large thin crust supreme. One half of my pizza didn't have any toppings, meat,vegetables,sauce and very little cheese. This store is our one stop for pizza. Price is up and the quality went down. I advise checking your order before leaving.

This location I can’t complain the service and over all experience has been good. Their Pizza is probably my favorite 😊

For the kids I suggest leaving a gift for Santa. A Papa John’s slice of pizza and a cup of diet soda he’s on the chunky side so I’m sure Santa will be Happy! 🎄🎅

Papa rewards have changed. I don't like the change. The new Grand Papa Pizza was disgusting. It was burnt and had practically no cheese or sauce. Pepperoni was also burnt. Game day combo neither pizza had hardly any toppings. Gluten-free also had little toppings. The company has gone down in quality so much since they ousted the founder.

It didn’t take long for them to bring our pizza, and it was super good—hot, fresh, and delicious! The place was clean, and the staff had such a good attitude. Definitely recommend this pizzeria!

I dont recommend this Papa Johns. Get better service and good quality by going further. Customer service is non existent. Karma is very real, and sadly I won't be around to witness yours (manager). Anyways, went with domino's cause they woukd never do me the way this papa johns did.

I ordered two large pizzas for delivery: one meat-stuffed crust with extra cheese and garlic, and a 6-cheese pizza with garlic-stuffed crust. What I received was far from what I ordered. The crusts weren’t garlic-stuffed as paid for, and the “extra cheese” was practically nonexistent — both pizzas were noticeably lacking in cheese altogether.
I regularly order from a different location near my workplace and the difference in quality is night and day. That location consistently delivers hot, well-made pizzas with the correct customizations. This one clearly does not hold itself to the same standard.
I spent nearly $80 on this order, expecting quality and accuracy. Instead, I got poorly made food that didn’t match what I paid for. It’s clear that quality control and customer satisfaction are not priorities at this location.
I won’t be ordering from here again — save your money and order somewhere else.

I paid for EXTRA cheese plus Parmesan Romano and the 3 cheese blend Works pizza and I got a pizza with sauce and toppings the whole pizza was like that! I spoke to a “manager” named Rudy and he said I would get a refund I will definitely be waiting for that because I have NEVER received a pizza this bad before! I won’t ever be ordering from this location again you can tell they don’t care at all about what they give to customers! I wouldn’t give this to anyone let alone have them pay money for it! Smh

Idk what is going on with this place its our favorite place but it going down hill... I ordered some food and it randomly got canceled so I call the store and the dude said oh my bad my system glitched and erased orders... and In stead of just helping me on the phone ...he just said go back to the app and order again... smh

I ordered using UberEats and my card was charged as normal. However, according to the restaurant, the driver picked up the order and left, then cancelled my order. This tells me the UberEats driver is stealing food from restaurants once he takes possession of the meal and then cancels the order. I hold Papa John’s accountable for not vetting the driver and ensuring each food order is properly delivered. The restaurant can look at the delivery driver’s phone to ensure they didn’t cancel it. I will never order from this restaurant again. DO A BETTER JOB AT VETTING YOUR DRIVERS!
