Pizza was garbage looks like they did not even try making it just slapped ingredients on it and send it out, Pizza wasn't even cut right both pizzas were messed up when I called to complain the manager asked for pictures I sent him pictures and he said that it was correct so I guess a ugly looking pizza is the way they make it from being a regular there to never stepping foot there again.

Was over charged on my order by a new manager, he had his senior manager give me a call and tell me to go into the store for refund. Went into the store as soon as I could and manager had no idea what I was talking about. Horrible communication and never got my refund...

Update September 15,2023 4pmOrdered Again same out come.Got home wrong crust of a pizza.Came back to wait Again for my redo pizza. What a waste of time. I order online to avoid issues and waiting. Only to come back . For a simple order.YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.MORE THEN LIKELY ITS WRONG.BEST TO FIND OUT AT THE STORE, THEN WHEN YOU GET HOME .YOULL WAIT FOR THE REDO 15-20 ON TOP OF WHAT YOUR ORDER TOOK THE 1ST TIME TOU PLACE IT .
Total was $27.05 and I had a $50 bill. I was going to tip the driver with the given change, so that I would get like $15 back. The driver refused to take my $50. He kept huffing and puffing the whole time and was just plain rude. Called the store and spoke to the manager, John, he said he would have a talk to the driver. Whatever. Now I remember why I don't order from Papa John's.

Placed an order for delivery and the driver was so rude. I called the store and the manager, John, said he would speak to the driver. The manager said he would see what they could do. Now no one is answering the phone when I call to see if there is a resolution. Idiots.Probably best to not get the pizza. The driver was sweaty and obviously had issues.
