Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered 2 pizza with buffalo sauce, pineapple, bacon, black olives. They made my pizza with marinara sauce which I didn't ask for. Now manager hiding in the back for 30 min

Ordered the buy one get one free and it came up to be over $30 for the pizzas. A pineapple and cheese pizza for the one and the other one was sausage and mushrooms for the other one. How in the hell was that a buy one get one free

This is the 2nd time they have given my cheese sticks to someone else. I had to wait an additional 30 min for cheese sticks when my pizza was done and my cheese sticks were as well but they gave them to someone else. Horrible store. They either jack your order up or give it to someone else.

This store violates every state labor law. Leaving employees alone and without break on 12 hour shift. Shame on you. You should be sued!!!!!

Slow and unfriendly

The worst gave my food to the wrong delivery driver and waited over 2 hours for a pizza that NEVER came and that I couldn’t pick up. Carson the employee will lie over the phone instead of being transparent!

Ordered online, picked up pizza took ot home, and it was raw. Will never order here again

We just spent almost $40 on delivery and literally everything is under cooked and raw. The garlic knots were raw dough on the inside, the crust on the pizza was soggy raw dough inside and the cookie was raw cookie dough inside. I spent good money and it took an hour for us to get raw food. I also paid extra for sauce that we never got
Never going back.

Staff yelled at me because I tried to pay with a $100 bill

Appalled. If you're having a bad day and would like some basic human decency then don't come to this location. My husband is out of town and ordered me a pizza for dinner since I just had an emergency surgery and wasn't able to go out of town as planned. He pressed the wrong button and needed to pay card instead of cash. I didn't know that. I need to take my medicine with food before I collapse and end up back in the hospital. I explained this to the delivery driver, I asked if I could just give her my card here there so I wouldn't have to wait because I needed to eat badly. I wasn't asking for anything for free. No, they wouldn't show me that kindness. I saw a neighbor pull up and he's going to buy me some chips before I faint and end up right back in the hospital.
I will no longer be going to Papa johns. Hungry Howie's is better and they at least care about their customers. I couldn't never just leave someone on their doorstep sobbing without offering SOME modicum of support, but no. People don't care about basic human decency anymore. Especially if they work at this Papa johns.

Very bad service.
One of the workers name Devon, stood by the register for about 15 minutes without acknowledging me when I haven't even paid online or over the phone. He was just on the phone with I hope one of the customers and was laughing about something, not until my daughter had to walk in to get knowledgement that someone else walked in the building. I love this Papa jones Pizza, but again, it was a very bad service.

3 hours and no pizza. Ended up having TV dinners tonight

I ordered delivery and the map pinned me at the wrong location, both the driver and MOD did amazing helping me get my delivery. Food was made perfectly, I got 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and a cookie, all taste great. Yall are Awesome!
