I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews but sometimes you just can’t deal with subpar service any longer. We don’t order pizza much, but when we do we order Papa Johns. On several occasions we have ordered from this location and the service has not been good at all. When you spend almost $90 on pizza, you expect to at least get what you ordered and paid for. We ordered 4 pizzas and wings and asked for extra of certain toppings on 3 of the pizzas due to past experiences of hardly receiving any toppings at all on the pizzas. Once again this location failed horribly, and it honestly seems like when you ask for extra they actually purposely do the opposite and give even less. On each pizza we received less than what would go on a personal pan size pizza from Pizza Hut on the large pizzas we ordered. Unacceptable. Not to mention we asked for the wings to be well done because they don’t seem to like fully cooking the wings. Failed once again. We asked for ranch and got all garlic sauce. Anyways, enough complaining. If you have a choice, choose another location or pizza company that will take some pride and give customers what they pay for and a better product.

I did the car side pickup and waited for over 20 minutes (yes I did check in online and have my hazards on and I parked right in front of the door) and no one would bring it out so I had to go inside looking crazy. Thanks a lot!

All the teenagers working there on the Wednesday evening shift were sitting there doing nothing, going in and out of the back, listening to music and worrying about switching the song that was playing rather than making the order I was sat waiting there for. Horrible service. Whoever manages this location should hire some decent staff. Don’t understand how you can have 6 people working and still can’t make an order within a reasonable time.

One of the worst experiences ever. I understand being busy or running a little behind, but being rude to customers & telling them that the order time you told them 20mins ago was a lie that to go back to their ain’t worth their time or just cancel the order. Prayers to the works in the back but the guy in the front with all the pimples needs an attitude check. Asking for order names then ignoring the customer, but when manage to get his attention again he doesn’t even hear their name & tells 20-30s go wait in your car.

I’ve lived in the area for about eight years and all of the other pizza places have either gone under or completely lost it when it comes to quality. This Papa John’s continues to shine. I don’t often get pizza but when I do once every couple of months this is the place I come to. Or have delivered thank you for being consistent and delicious.

I rated the food four stars, but I guess that's a lie because we didn't even get any. They close at 11:30 but stop their takeout at 10:00 for some unknown reason. I drove up and people were waiting inside, but they wouldn't take my order. They said if I wanted it delivered somewhere I could do that, so I asked if I could just deliver it to their store location. They of course sent me out after that, but I went on to do exactly as I had threatened. I placed the order and paid, and about 5 minutes later they canceled it and issued a refund. Why is it that big of a deal that I get it ordered to somewhere else??? I would rate it 0 if I could.
I’m so grateful for this location. Their pizzas taste great, they offer good deals and the staff & delivery drivers are awesome. The general manager & the store manager are very kind, concerned, & helpful.
