Placed an order on the app and they sent it out with door dash and he never delivered it. When I called papa John's they told me I had to call door dash an track down my pizza. When they're the ones who sent it out with dd, without proper due diligence. When I asked them to call the driver, Isiah didnt seem interested in helping and said I had to call door dash. And they only offered a refund only after 2 hrs of calling and waiting. When all these kids at papa jons had to do was call the driver the first-time I called to have them get my address right. A refund dont cut it for all the waiting and bs I just went through. Dont use door dash and dont order from this papa John's. They dont care. But hey atleast my door dash driver got a free pizza

Placed a order online for delivery . The order came late and was wrong also missing items . We ordered a extra large works with jalapenos and a bacon and jalapeno cheese stick with 4 extra garlic cups . We received the cheese sticks with no jalapenos on it and no extra garlic cups and on top of that the entire order was cold extremely disappointed

Wow the worst pizza place ever..! There was sheet rock dust covering the whole lobby ! Even the dough area and where they show the pizza being prepped !! Poor management an service I wouldn’t recommend anyone here!

Ordered the Shaq a roni xlarge pepperoni with extra toppings. Really enjoyed the extra large slices. Also ordered garlic parmasean wings. Definitely will Order again.

Made order wrong fixed it but didn't greet me properly at all. Doesn't feel like they care about working here. Store isn't kept up with. No drivers at all so they have to doordash. Honestly I used to work her and the quality went down hill as well as the atmosphere of service. It's kinda sad really .
Update. : My pizza remake was disappointing because they made it a thin pizza ( crust was so thin) and it somehow wasn't cooked all the way. I don't understand how then messed up again.
