Staff is really nice and pizza was great! They messed up the pizza but remade my order and gave me the one they messed up on for free. What was funny is that they still left the sausage off the remade pizza but I didn’t notice until after eating my second slice and I wasn’t going to bother ? overall great pizza and great service!

I placed my order rite b4 closing time so when I got there to pik it up I knew I was early to pik it up so I went in and told the guy my name and told him I knew I was early and where I was parked and what car I was gonna b in, too and still i had to go back inside and get my order. Who knows how on long my food had been ready for cuz they didn't even so mu

When I went in the woman was by herself and clearly busy, however that didn't stop her from making me the best pizza ever and providing the best service with that! Good help is hard to find! Yall have amazing help I wish I knew her name but she works at the location on San Pedro! Absolutely recommend!

I just wanted to say thank you to the general manager and for my delivery driver Zach awesome service today! I was able to get a free pizza after my previous order was not made to perfection. And my delivery driver waited on me even when I got off the bus after work. The pizza's delicious, awesome service, and overall a very pleasant experience! ??

This was my first time ordering for a delivery from Papa John's Pizza since moving to San Antonio. I'm older and not very cellphone savvy. I couldn't remember if I gave directions to get in my gated community after I ordered. I called and the manager could not have been friendlier. Delivered on time. Great tasting. I'm so relieved I found a place I can trust. Delivery person was also great and I liked that they seal the pizza so it doesn't open with a strong sticker.

Usually when I order papa John's I usually get pizza or papasitas or the nuggets and they usually turn out pretty good. Last night I decided to get a brownie which was horrible. That brownie had no moisture at all. It was just dry and broke into pieces as I try to pick it up. I don't know how long that brownie's been sitting and if it was reheated and given out again. I've had brownie in that past and they usually had moisture, but not the one I had last night.

They have decent pizza but they switched to Door Dash delivery and the delivery time went south.
