Let me start with I actually love Papa John’s pizza but this location has some poor services. Waited over 45 minutes for an order that was placed online earlier in the day. Order a total of 10 pizzas for my son’s end of the season soccer party. Never again will I trust this location with a big order.

Pizza was bad

Absolutely horrid, made us wait 3 hours for a pizza just to cancel it when the door dasher was already there. The manager is horrible and they need to retrain their staff. Understaffed probably because the manager is awful

Very bad business practices they say they are open till 1:00 pm but turn you away after I have tried to order multiple times at different locations same thing no carry out or delivery after a certain time. This time it was 11:30pm and Google says they close at 1:00. So then I downloaded the app & I don't want the app but it says you can order in the app but haven't tried yet. Seems very shady to me I drove 30 mins to get pizza to tonight and was told no. You people at all locations need to advertise your hours correctly. This is false advertising & deceptive business practices. I have tried to order pizza four times now from different locations same thing every time. I will try one more time in a few days I get off work around this time and would like to try papa John's if it is still going to be like this I am going to contact my attorneys to sue you for false advertising & deceptive business practices.

messed up my order .. manager didn’t care.. just told me that he’s sorry but nothing can be done to deal with it …

This place is awesome! i get pizza here often and i just went to pick up my order and everyone in the store greeted me. its always clean, its always fast and correct! just wanted to thank you all for providing an excellent service to my family.

Staff here are extremely kind, fast, and professional. I normally don’t feel inclined to review “fast food” because it is what it is, every fast food employee deserves 5 stars and a raise. However these folks are friendly and outstanding and deserve a high five. (And a raise!)

took over a hour to get my orders and was told it would take 30 to 35 minutes but took over a hour to get my Pizza.

Pizza was just meh, not enough toppings or cheese, and heavy on the sauce. Do yourself a favor and go to Florio’s instead.

We put the pickup order in for the day after, not the day we intended. When I went to pick up, the man working was helpful and understanding and put our order in the oven next. Great service, and great pizza.
