I had an $8.99 large pepperoni special, with original crust.The in-store service was very good and helpful, volunteering condiments.The pizza itself was a mixed situation; the crust was excellent, however, the sauce was too salty for me (low sodium diet) and had an herbal aftertaste, both of which were not as noticeable the next morning with leftovers for breakfast!

Working for doordash, customer service was terrible. Not busy at all, and stood at the counter in front of the cashier for a while waiting to be helped while they didnt greet, or even look at me. Also nobody was wearing gloves or head covering with long messy hair. The lady who handed me my order was polite thankfully.

Called to inquire about a fraudulent charge made to my card $140 charge for pizza or whatever it is they serve!!! I then requested to speak to the manager. The woman behind the phone states she is the manager and HER name was ”Jason” obviously doesn’t sound like a Jason…guess she assumed I was born yesterday! I requested someone who can assist with fraudulent charges and she automatically in an agitated manner said we can’t help with fraudulent charges made online…before I even explained to her the reason for my call almost as if she is aware of this activity happening at the store! She then exchanged some very unprofessional words and when I reciprocated the same to her she hung up… then continues to call me back and say if there’s a problem you can find me at the store now and hangs up ? let me travel over 300 miles to handle this issue! This restaurant obviously has ghetto management and needs some reevaluation on the type of employees running that store! Dispute was made and police report done as well!

Me and my family ordered a garlic stuffed crust pizza with half Hawaiian and half pepperoni and mushroom.They said their ETA was around 1 hour. But we ended up waiting 30-40 minutes more.They are not far from us, maybe 3-5 minutes away.Soon we decided to cancel our order. We followed the instructions and called the store. We were put on hold for a very long time. We just gave up and hung up.Finally, we got our order around 11:00 pm and we quickly realized that our order was very wrong. First of all, the pizza was soggy, floppy, and messy. It was also cut wrong and very hard to eat.Second, we ordered GARLIC STUFFED CRUST. No finest quality pizza, like they "promised".They gave us no notice and replaced it with cheese. After that, we noticed they gave us the wrong dips. We wanted to try out 2 Cool Ranch Dorito dips and again, with no notice, they replaced it with regular ranch.Look on Facebook, Yelp, even Google. There will be explosions of bad reviews. There was NOT a lot of ingredients. Must be a shortage, because we first thought it was only Cheese Pizza .Maybe go to Little Caesars' or Pizza Hut for a better experience.

Awesome place to go and order yourself some Mexican stoled pizzas .. love it .. the service was fast paced and didn't have to wait that long for my order to be ready .. Wich is an absolute plus for me ... recommend to go to this particular papa John's you won't regret it.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizzaParking: It's next to a wings stop and a Wells Fargo and I beleave another dentist clinic Soo you might find somewhat parking spot. I ordered pizza Friday and it was done wrong,okSo they remade it of course had to wait having company outside my house waiting. Then they fixed the original error only to make it worse. The toppings were all wrong and wasn't baked correctly. I called the next day and told them even letting them know I have a pic of the pizza I had to throw away with only one slice missing cuz everyone thought it tasted funny due to the wrong toppings. Well when I called they put me on hold while he looked up my order and forgot about meI called back put me on hold again but this the call was cut off? This supposedly being the "MANAGER" I thought their pizza was guaranteed?!?!? I don't want anything from there anymore, but the person who paid wants it corrected. Since he never got to eat from his pizza due to an overload of black olives. I should've just kept the first wrong pizza I don't think that had any olives on it. And they weren't busy cuz they were just all standing around when I walked in. HORRIBLE take out service. It was ridiculous. The ticket was correct all they had to do was read it and make accordingly!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND if and when they rectify this situation ☹*****UPDATE*** wow we ordered (boyfriend suggested)HORRIBLE, my papadia was a thick small pizza crust folded in half. My wings were SUPER DRY! Two of which had no sauce on them whatsoever ? I've got pics! The last time we had a situation the owner NEVER answered my email. So this is just basically a PSA, because they don't care. They show NO PRIDE in their work because following an order should be easy. Cuz usually the ticket is correct on the box. I don't understand how my order could possibly be wrong!! Just straight up CARELESSNESS. Waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! UPDATE 9-20-23 Wanted to go back, but they never fixed the last problem. So be it, now ordering from Pizza Hut. They never answered my email for a resolution. It's really the current employees just not paying attention!!

The garlic butter epic stuffed crust pizzas is really good and the price is great.
This establishment is more like a greenhouse than a pizza restaurant. There is no AC no Fans and no shade. I don’t understand how anyone can work in these conditions. I could barely even wait 5 minutes for my pizzas. I had to go back and wait in my car with the AC. Truly abhorrent work conditions to say the least. I will not be coming back and I feel bad for supporting these sweatshop conditions.

I ordered 2 extra large 2 topping pizzas for my family. I am a big fan of Papa John's. It's my personal favorite but these pizzas were horrible. The meatballs on one pizza tasted rancid. The chicken on the other pizza was terrible. I hate to complain but that is the experience I had. We all got sick from our Papa John's dinner .
