They cancel online orders without any notification. When you wonder why and hour later your pizza hasn't arrived you look in the app and they canceled it. No email, text or push notification. This is a horrible location with horrible staff.

On 9/11/2025, I placed an order for dinner for my children at approximately 7:30 PM. Upon my return home after 11:00 PM, I discovered that the order had not been delivered.

Following this discovery, I contacted the Rigsby location. A manager confirmed the non-receipt of the order and assured me that a dinner credit would be applied to my account. However, when I attempted to utilize this promised credit the following day, I was informed by the Rigsby management that the credit would not be honored.

In an effort to resolve the matter, I requested to speak with an Area Manager. During our conversation, I reiterated that the pizza had never been delivered. The Area Manager then communicated that the delivery driver had reported the order as successfully delivered to my residence. I found this explanation unsatisfactory, as it directly contradicted the verifiable absence of the delivery, and I expressed my considerable frustration with the time and effort required to address this unresolved issue.

Given the circumstances, I formally requested a full refund for the unreceived order. I was advised by the Area Manager that this refund would be processed within 2-3 business days. Regrettably, to date, this promised refund has not been received. The overall interaction with the Area Manager did not lead to a satisfactory resolution, and I felt my concerns were neither adequately addressed nor understood.

This series of events, characterized by a failure to deliver, a refusal to honor a promised credit, and a subsequent failure to issue a promised refund, coupled with the lack of understanding from management, has led to a complete erosion of my trust in your service. As a direct consequence, I have uninstalled the Papa John's application and will no longer be ordering pizza from Papa John’s.

The customer service here was horrible
The young lady that helped turned out to be the manager.. First off took her 10 min. To come to the front after reading some of these reviews this issue is not the first time.
2nd I didn't know Papa Johns had a policy of not accepting any bills over 20.00 bills in store... I get delivery but in store..
So I had to go look for change in the area to get my order... Doing so as Im waiting in my car to get off my car was hit and scratched twice if I didn't have to looking for change my car never would have got scratched...
So finally got my change went back to the store and this young lady was so damn rude! By time I got home my pizza was cold.. If I wanted cold pizza I would have just gotten frozen pizza... Papa Johns something really needs to get done about the customer service in this place it was such a inconvenience to have go around looking for change then to get cold disgusting pizza... The sign was clearly a home made one not sure if this is Papa John official policy .. . These scratches to my car never would have happened if they would have stayed in store they do not accept large bills... Papa Johns y'all need to to do better by your customers...

Ordered 2 pizzas with the new Garlic/cheese crust, neither came that way...just regular crust. Pizza had zero taste, so bland. Driver was awesome, I will say that. Not sure what has happened to Papa John's but the quality of your food has gone down hill dramatically

I ordered online and waited about 45 min because I was finishing up on cleaning my house. I got to papa John’s to pick up my 1 pizza I ordered and the girl said it wasn’t ready. I said ok and I would wait. I waited another 15 min in the car and went back in only to learn that this girl Andrea, who looked young enough to be in high school was actually there by herself. Like the only person in the building working all areas (the counter, the phones, the making, cooking, and boxing herself) with nobody else there. She seemed so nervous. It was already after 10:30 and this location isn’t in the best neighborhood as some man was shot not too long ago a min away in the front doors of the .99 cent store. I felt so bad for her and she looked so stressed out but was very sweet and had great customer service. She was amazing especially to work in such a company who would allow their general managers to sleep instead of going and helping this little girl. I mean when someone calls in it’s your job as a manager to cover if you can’t get anyone else to. Poor girl.

Very disappointed in the quality and service and food. I placed a delivery order of pizza and when It arrived I got a sliced and noticed that there was a dead fly on my pizza. I went ahead and called the store and their employees could seem to careless. I called the first time telling them the situation and they put me on hold “to get the manager” never answered the phone. Called a second time and spoke to the “manager” Carlos and could seem to careless as well. I wouldn’t order from this place again, I’m sure they have a nasty working environment and aren’t sanitizing and washing their equipment properly. As a food service employee myself I could never serve a guest contaminated food. It’s ridiculous.

Just got a call at 11:00 p.m. at night from the store claiming we did not pay for our pizza that we received a 6:00 p.m. then proceeded to argue with us on the phone then told us they were going to Mark our address as unsafe and undeliverable so we can't order pizzas from them anymore. I had asked is it possible that the delivery driver may have misplaced the cash or not turned it in as they proceeded to tell me no the driver is being honest we did not pay which is absolutely insane to me on how you would deliver my pizzas and not get paid. I have ordered pizza from there almost every weekend for the past 5 years and this is how I get treated they have failed to bring my cheese cups on many occasions forgotten pizzas or messed up our orders completely and we never complain but simply after getting this phone call accusing us of not paying for our pizza which is crazy to me. Not to mention on many many occasions the drivers show up to my house and smells like complete marijuana including the pizza boxes themselves stink up my kitchen smelling like that I will never do business with Papa John's ever again I will order from Domino's right next door.
