Charged $52. Waited 2 hours and never got my pizza. The store said I had to call customer service to get my refund. Customer service says only store can issue refund. This Papajohns has STOLEN $52 dollars from me......

Walked in, lady asks me if I'm picking up, I say no I'm placing an order now. She says "ok give me a min" then goes and starts on a pizza that she hadn't started on before I came. I wait at the register for 5 mins before she comes, when she gets to me she walks up texting, proceeds to text for 3 or 4 seconds once she gets to the register then takes my order. Alot of cursing from all staff while I wait and playing garbage screamo rock. Man, I'm only 37 but what happened to customer service?

I love this location. They never disappoint. The food is always on point and fresh, and have never screwed up an order! It's awesome to receive service and food above what is advertised. We are so extremely appreciative of this location and the food they put out, especially when every other area restaurant is extremely sub standard. This establishment shines easily above everyone else!

Ordered online for an alternet store, as I went to edit my order for another pizza it took me back to my last store I ordered from on Rigsby rd , I called to have my order sent to store on Tezel rd m, the Manager said that cant be done, I advised of refund, and was told takes 3 to 4 days, I mentioned to manager I was on lunch and that was my last of monies I had and I will not be able to eat, the manager stated(THATS NOT HER PROBLEM SHE DIDN'T PLACE THE ORDER AND HU ON ME) when I asked for her name, I have called there corporate office and filed a complaint against this store and management, VERY DISAPPOINTED PAPA JOHNS, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!
So I live in a new neighborhood development and I’ve always been a dominos lover. We’ll dominos doesn’t come out here but papa John’s does ! There’s always specials so you can feed your family and it’s not expensive. The delivery drivers are always nice. And deliveries always come on time . And the papa points come in handy when you’re low on cash and wanna order food. I’m pleased with the location

Never been there before and won't go back. Was charged 14.00 more for walking in and ordering than if I had placed the order online and come to pick it up, Ridiculous! Then only one employee in the store so oder took almost an hour. And there pizzas just not very good. Could have spent alot less and gotten a better tasting pizza at Little Caesars.

How can Papa John's advertise their prices online and not honor them when ordering in person. I wanted to try the New York style pizza but was told it can only be ordered online. If I ordered in store I would've been charged for an extra large pizza with a discount that wouldn't even match the online price. This is ridiculous and Papa John's needs to let you order in store and online.
Vegetarian options: They have a good amount of veggies you can order.Parking: Very tight parking due to the place being in a shopping area.
