Papa Johns Pizza

This one lady that took my order was really rude! She was chubby, brown hair with a ponytail gave me a really rude look as soon as I walked in. I walked in and she seemed really annoyed taking my order. If I could give a zero I would , the lobby is small. Barely enough room to stand. The pizza was ok but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service!

My second time picking up Pizza and Garlic knots here and they haven’t failed me! Garlic knots are BIG soft and flavorful. The pizza is delicious as well and they don’t go overboard with cheese or sauce. Everything is made fresh from what I can taste. Workers here are very friendly and always wish you a great day. If you want a quick and delicious meal don’t be discouraged. Stop by and see for yourself 😉

$10 boneless BBQ wings with barely any sauce. Compare that to the picture. People, please do not order the wings, or anything from here. What a waste of money.

Sharing these photos for proof… I ordered a pizza, wings and sodas. When I opened the pizza it was very obvious the pizza had fallen or slid at some point. Probably closer to leaving the restaurant because some slices didn’t even have the toppings and cheese on them and were bent.
I called the store to report this and he said they would remake it and get it delivered. When the driver came back.. same woman.. she gave us attitude about checking it in front of her.
Thankfully we take pictures of EVERYTHING. We often order Papa John’s but this may be the last time

I used the app to pick up my order. They have a carry out specIal for a large pizza (8 slices) with up to 5 toppings. This is available all the time.

FOOD:
*The pizza was fresh, hot, and not as greasy as other fast food pizza.
*The commercials advertise that better ingredients are used. I have to agree. The meats were tast and not greasy. The dough was very fresh. The tomato sauce was seasoned perfectly and tasted like a made in house sauce, not a canned variety.
SERVICE
I placed my online order around 8:45 pm and was told it would be ready between 9:21 pm & 9:31 pm. I arrived at 9:25pm. I walked in and was greeted promptly by a cheerful middle-aged woman. She asked k Ed for my name and promptly hvby byanded me my pizza. She thanked me as well. She seemed to really enjoy her job, not just going through the motions of a work day.

Walked in, no greeting. Line was backed up. No one looked older and 20. 2 boys 2 girls. One long haired chubby boy with acne face was sneezing extremely loud into his hand and kept mixing pizza dough, with his bare hands. I walked out. Will be some time bed for I return to this location.

The order took longer than my estimated time and the workers lacked communication inside the store. My order was held back by a cookie they forgot to put in the oven. By the time I got home my cookie was warm but my pizza and wings wete already getting cold.

Took 45 minutes to get out a simple stuffed crust garlic pepperoni pizza all to be wrong and plain cheese only. 2nd chance at it was an additional 10 minutes all to be given a regular pepperoni and not stuffed crust as requested originally. Definitely not worth a return

I really enjoy coming to this location because their pizza is always so hot and so fresh compared to other Papa John’s pizzas. Every time I visit this location I really like that the store manager Crystal is always so nice and helpful in the order process. Everything comes out hot and correct every time. It’s so nice to be able to live by a pizza franchise that takes pride in their food. Will definitely be going back.

First time ordering, from my In-Laws home. Ordering was easy from the web site. Most of the order was on time. I say most because some was missing. I called the store, and though there was some delay and issue getting the order # straight, the manager said she would have the missing items brought out. A short time later the missing items were delivered. Thank you for taking the time to make the order right!
