We placed an order YESTERDAY at 10:44 pm via the PJ website. Fifty minutes later, the website tracker said the order had been delivered; however, we'd received nothing. I called the store and after being immediately placed on hold for approximately 5 minutes, I was greeted by a voice that sounded incredibly irritated to take my call. Nevertheless, I kindly stated what the situation was. After being placed on hold again, I was told they'd remake the order and send it out again....read full review
I showed up @ 940 and got nothing but attitude cause I showed up so late to place an order from the girl at the cash register. She had to ask if it was ok for me to place an order when they said yes she just rolled her eyes. Made me feel very unwanted.
We placed a huge order for work, 48 heart shaped pizza's! This location did a great job, Katrina was great and the drivers were excellent! Thank you Papa John's!
