My 1st Experience at Papa Johns today. A pickup at Culebra store. From the phone call placing my order to pickup. The gentleman was very Helpful on the phone. The Female manager greeted me with Great customer service. Thank U All at the Culebra store.

The 2nd time this week I have order wings and bread sticks monday and Wednesday both nights took 45 mins to get my food after the text came in saying food on its way and food was cold 🥶 will not order from this papa johns every again

My order said ready on the tracker and I still had to wait 20 mins. For this junk. Go to any other papa johns then this one. Look at these wings I ordered 8 wings got 6 and 2 don't have sauce

I ordered a to large pepperoni and a large pepperoni and jalapeno pizza for pickup, when we got there we wanted to add a drink and they tried to up charge us 17 dollars for the drink. Then after we corrected them when we paid they didn't give us the correct change. When we got home we realized that both pizzas were pepperoni so I called and they said they would deliver the jalapeno pizza. The delivery driver came and actually tried to charge me for the pizza. I have never felt so hustled by a company. I don't recommend anyone going to this location. People work hard for their money and being hustled over two pizzas is ridiculous. Makes me wonder what else they are getting over us. Are there prices really fair.

Second time I order online about 20 minutes in advance before I pick up my kids from school just to show up & be told they were busy in the back & didn’t hear my order . Same broccoli haired kid with AirPods on . He told me he can make it real fast & be ready in 10 minutes max . No thanks I’ll order at another location since this has happened twice with the same kid

2 XL New York style - Terrible - just look at the photos compared to there own photo of what the pizza should have been (last photo uploaded). Toppings starting 3" away from side and NOT 8 foldable extra large slices. Even the regular Large pizza was "stretched" crust not original crust. Crust was dry, tough and had NO flavor. We will not be back to this location. Management should be ashamed to let pizza's looking that this leave the store.

This branch is very bad. There are not enough employees and the cashier is the same one who prepares the food and does not use gloves. Very bad experience.
