i’ve gone to this location on many occasions because i live close by, so it’s convenient. but never again, i’ve gotten food poisoning twice because they don’t cook their pizzas correctly. the staff do not where gloves when making the food or hair nets and just last night they gave me the wrong food twice and the whole staff were high, and i have seen many workers smoke on break or just smoke after running a delivery. i love papa john’s but this location needs to be shut down. and the staff have the worst attitude towards customers.

The two times I have bought pizzas from this location is not the greatest in terms of real pizza quality. Light sugared doe (??), cheap canned tomato sauce, mediocre toppings make this location a no go. I have had better tasting pizza else where. I have to admit the employees were helpful and friendly and the pizza was cooked perfect, perhaps it's not thier fault the quality of ingredients in the store, they are just trying to make a living. The owner or general manager of this location needs to step it up.

I have to say I was having the worst day. I ordered Papa John’s and door dash picked it up to deliver to me since there were not enough delivery drivers which is fine. but it was the worse experience ever. They said they “delivered” my order but it was in fact not delivered. I tried to reach out to the driver to let him know the pizza was not delivered to the right place using google translate to let him know in Spanish, but no response. AND had the nerve to ask for a bigger tip before all of this. But I called the location and they quickly remade my order with no hassle. Kaze, Issac, and Gabe and helped me out and were very friendly and understanding. They need raises forsure! They turned my whole experience around. I love papa John’s but when I do order again I will be doing Carryout.

Ordered delivery. Cheeseburger pizza. Very bland. Payed for bacon but came without. I did like that it came with paper plates, napkins, mozzarella cheese packets, crush pepper packets and a yellow chili pepper.

Wrong pizza delivered when called the restaurant they said I could pay for another delivery or come pick up the one they were supposed to deliver. Ummm No. I asked for a refund bc the pizza they delivered was going in the trash as we would not eat. Manger was rude and told me to stop yelling when I didn’t. I told them I wanted a refund which I am sure I won’t get.
Best location by far an they even brought my pizza out thank you guys

My 1st Experience at Papa Johns today. A pickup at Culebra store. From the phone call placing my order to pickup. The gentleman was very Helpful on the phone. The Female manager greeted me with Great customer service. Thank U All at the Culebra store.
