The pizza arrived 17 minutes after estimated delivery time and was barely warm. The restaurant would not answer the phone even after a 42 minute wait on hold. The quality of the pizza was worse than domino’s before their revamp. Would rather go to CiCis pizza because they at least price to the quality.

I placed an online order for delivery, food and a soda. I did not receive the soda. I called and was told that they were out of that specific kind of soda. I should have been contacted for a replacement or received a refund.

Order food from Papa John's and never received my order $34:00 of food and never received I'm not ordering anything from them anymore I'll stick to Domino's yeah ?

I ordered delivery from the Papa Johns Culebra location. My order said it was delivered and wasn't at my address. I called to figure out what was going on and the lady who answered the phone was so rude and so short with me. I've never experienced customer service like that. I mean, I wasn't even upset when I called because I figured there was just a simple issue that could be resolved but after being spoken to the way I was, I cancelled my order and will never go to that location again.
On Google it's says they're open for carryout and delivery. I walk in and the employees were busy just talking and then tell me carryout closes at 10 p.m. and only open for delivery for Doordarshan and uber eats, which to me doesn't make

We are just visiting and ordered through Doordash from this location. This was the BEST Papa John's pizza we have ever had! I even called and told the manager so and she said good because she had made it!!
