The bread sticks were really thin some literally as thin as a pencil and one order of bread sticks only took up less than half of the box. The pizza dipping sauce was sour I knew the second it touched my tongue then I smelled the sauce itself sure enough stunk like rotten pizza sauce and I was bubbling in the little cup. The only good thing was the taste of the tiny thin bread sticks and the garlic dipping sauce. I remember when the bread sticks would take up the entire box and be as thick if not bigger than a quarter. The size of those bread sticks is completely unacceptable and serving rotten pizza sauce is the cherry on top

We want to thank Monica for going way above and beyond in helping us with our delivery and setting us up with everything we needed but forgot to ask for! She is a rockstar! We appreciate her so much! (Halloween pizza was an adorable hit!)

I asked for a light sauce well done pizza. This looks like they burnt it a week ago and then put it through the oven when I ordered. It was inedible I could barely get a couple bites in. I called for a refund let's hope I get it. I don't understand how you can look at that and say well it's dry and ashy it's well done let's serve it.

Absolutely horrible I scheduled a pick up 1 hour and 30 minutes before 12 to be picked up at 12 I arrive to the restaurant 30 minutes after 12 and I get told that it’s not ready and it’s gonna be another 15-20 minute’s I am not sure if this is on the employees for falling behind or on management for not scheduling but I hope they get their s$$$ in order because everyone coming in was not happy

FREE BACON on
EVERY PAPADILLA at
THIS STORE ONLY!!

This store adds free bacon to almost every papadilla sandwich, even ones that should not have it and for customers who do not want nor request it. For me, that’s a bad thing bc I am not a big fan of bacon, it doesn’t go with the other items on my sandwich, it is unhealthy, and it’s an overpowering flavor. I’ve done everything I can, including to speaking to both managers, to try to make it stop, but it didn’t work. Incidentally, I order the buffalo grilled chicken every time, which should have chicken, cheese, and sauce. Sometimes I add green peppers or green chiles. NEVER have I requested bacon on anything I’ve ever ordered, yet over 50% of the many many items I’ve ordered have been loaded with it, and lately it has been every single time, ten sandwiches in a row. I am hoping that lots of people will order papadillas, and PJ’s will put free bacon on them as they always do mine, and since bacon is not cheap the profit margin will tank badly enough to get the attention of someone who might do something about it. So order a papadilla and don’t select bacon as a topping, don’t worry - you’ll get lots of it anyway. Enjoy your freebie & thanks for helping me out.

Take few minutes to make a TAKEOUT order, get to the payment part and they won't accept cash payment when I get there. I don't my card at restaurants.

Went to go pick up my pizza it was $22.50. try to pay with the $50 they told me no the manager was rude

Go somewhere else, somewhere better. Ordered through the app and they use DoorDash to deliver now. DoorDash gave it to the wrong apt and this store didn’t help me. Overall sucks to communicate with. Manager hung up on me.
