This store adds free bacon to almost every papadilla sandwich, even ones that should not have it and for customers who do not want nor request it. For me, that’s a bad thing bc I am not a big fan of bacon, it doesn’t go with the other items on my sandwich, it is unhealthy, and it’s an overpowering flavor. I’ve done everything I can, including to speaking to both managers, to try to make it stop, but it didn’t work. Incidentally, I order the buffalo grilled chicken every time, which should have chicken, cheese, and sauce. Sometimes I add green peppers or green chiles. NEVER have I requested bacon on anything I’ve ever ordered, yet over 50% of the many many items I’ve ordered have been loaded with it, and lately it has been every single time, ten sandwiches in a row. I am hoping that lots of people will order papadillas, and PJ’s will put free bacon on them as they always do mine, and since bacon is not cheap the profit margin will tank badly enough to get the attention of someone who might do something about it. So order a papadilla and don’t select bacon as a topping, don’t worry - you’ll get lots of it anyway. Enjoy your freebie & thanks for helping me out.

Take few minutes to make a TAKEOUT order, get to the payment part and they won't accept cash payment when I get there. I don't my card at restaurants.

Went to go pick up my pizza it was $22.50. try to pay with the $50 they told me no the manager was rude

Go somewhere else, somewhere better. Ordered through the app and they use DoorDash to deliver now. DoorDash gave it to the wrong apt and this store didn’t help me. Overall sucks to communicate with. Manager hung up on me.

I was upset how my pizza came so I did feedback. And I was surprised what a quick response Jacob gave which is the manger there he was so nice and fixed my issue asap I recommend if any issues reach out he is willing to help I love how he checked cameras and everything like to me that is awesome so people don’t take advantage and actually see what the issue is he even explained after he saw everything which is cool because some people don’t take the time .. I will continue to order here because he gave the greatest customer service 🙂🙂

This is about the third time I’ve received pizza like this. Are you guys dropping pizzas or something? Under the influence? How do you look at this and box it up and think, yep! That looks right!

Very good service, crew is polite and always welcoming. Great food, great service and great atmosphere 5 stars all around. Come visit and make the papa John's on Fredericksburg and medical your papa John's.

Got a text saying it was ready I lost track of time and arrive 30 mins at least past the time they sent it was ready and just to be told they forgot to put it in and smiled…. No compensation just a not so real sorry

The delivery driver was 20 minutes late, when I told him I would be removing tip due to the tardiness, I was told “he was doing me a favor bringing me food”. Apparently this store does not teach their employees who ACTUALLY is paying for their wages and they honestly believe they are doing you a favor…. If that is all the customer service you expect, by all means, use this location.

I ordered thru dd. And everything arrived hot, fresh and well prepared. Only thing is y'all forgot my icing for my Oreo bites. And my pizza wasn't cut in squares as requested. All that said, I still give it 5 stars. Great meal quality for having placed my order less than an hour till close.
