I ordered thru dd. And everything arrived hot, fresh and well prepared. Only thing is y'all forgot my icing for my Oreo bites. And my pizza wasn't cut in squares as requested. All that said, I still give it 5 stars. Great meal quality for having placed my order less than an hour till close.

Ordered at 10 am, ordered still hasnt arrived at 12:20. Management and staff rude. Told.me they had over 300 orders before 10 am. Manager advised they were short on drivers and ours was already at the school, come to find out, at thw wrong school. Manager hung up on.me and they get a ton of business from this university.When pizza finally arrived it was cold....not even.luke warmVery disappointed in Papa John's today.

Delivery driver straight up lied and said we called to cancel our order. We ordered two pizzas online almost two hours before their supposed closing time. Within minutes of completing the order it showed online as canceled. When we called to find out why the person who took the call said that the delivery driver got a call from us to cancel it. That is a total lie. They also lock their doors and won't let you in. This location is trash. Order pizza from literally anywhere else.

No prices listed. Older female Hispanic worker was rude. Refused to give her name so I couldn't report her to a manager. They make up prices as they go. The same pizza ordered one day is priced different the next. Employees are charging what they choose.

In my opinion the best fast food pizza store in San Antonio. I've ordered from this store close to 20 times and never once has the pizza disappointed. They are fast, friendly, and professional. The manager has his store in a good place. I call this store directly because I've had very bad experiences with Papa John's call center. Those people need more training on customer service. I only get my delivery pizza from this store and I drive out of the way to go there. Great Job guys.

Call ahead before ordering online. Can't keep delivery drivers on staff apparently. However hear it enough of times, makes me stop believing that as truth. Now get to deal with getting a refund, whenever that may be.Stop taking orders online when you can't get delivery drivers, can't be this hard.

The ordering process was weird -- said they didn't get our online order but it charged us so we had to dispute that and just order in person. It also took like 30 minutes for a medium pizza and wings..I don't remember the last time I had papa Johns but I won't be back lol the chicken wings were still frozen and the Buffalo sauce was probably the lemon pepper one that we did not ask for because it was super tangy. There are much better fast food options for pizza in my opinion.
