Papa Johns Pizza

This place is horrible!!! I ordered three pizzas for delivery and the incompetent driver left them at our neighbor's house and drove off. When we called to check on our order, the store just said, "The driver said he delivered them. Can't you walk next door and get the pizzas?" Seriously? There was no attempt to make the situation right and no concern for the driver's error.

Worse service ever. We wait more than 40 minutes for one pizza and one knotts. They mark Ready on the app and it when we asked they told us that is going to be ready in 10 additional minutes when a pizza takes 15 minutes to be ready.

Customer service here at the potranco near 211 is very poor. We simply asked if they could bring out a paid carryout order to my wife's car who had a sleeping baby in the car and the lady said it's only 5 ft from the door. This is the worst customer service ever.

Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering online, you order online your pretty much only submitting a suggestion, if you order for a specific time say, 4:45pm it could get delivered 45 min before hand and your order again is just a suggestion they will make it however they see fit. Many times Ive ordered it's always missing either toppings, dipping sauce, or even under cooked. Definitely won't be ordering again as this seems to be a routine out of this shop. By the looks of reviews that maybe a good call, management obviously doesn't care.

It's fast food pizza. It's not about good pizza It's about convenience. Secret here is there are a few fireworks pizza from heb that are cheaper and better. That will take less time

Even if you place an order online you have to wait in that line. It's actually halfway in the photo it was longer when we got there.

I have been waiting 2.5 + hours for our pizza order - have been on hold for 30+ mins to cancel our order- no one is picking up the phone.

They delivered the wrong pizza. When I called to let them know, the employee and manager I spoke to kept insisting that's how it was ordered. I told the manager the person I spoke to read back my order and it was correct. Then she said my order was made online, which it wasn't as I spoke to someone. After going back and forth she finally said she would remake the pizza. Whats upsetting is the fact they try to blame you for ordering the wrong thing, instead of holding their employees accountable and owning the mistake.
