We saw the garlic stuffed crust pizza on the website and ordered it. When we got it there was no seasoning in the cheese as advertised. I called because I thought the order was mixed up with the regular stuffed crust pizza but was told this location only adds the garlic seasoning to the outside of the crust because the manager doesn’t enforce them adding the seasoning to the cheese. Total rip off and complete lack of concern for my complaint. This location has lost my business indefinitely.

Would never order pizza from here again! The food gave us a stomach ache. Guy over the phone was difficult to understand and had to repeat everything several times which is annoying. Seems like a group of immature "adults" work at this location. Would not recommend.

This place needs new management. Unfortunately, they're overwhelmed and making many mistakes all the time. I live less than 5 mins away, can't get a simple pizza delivered in an hour. It's insane. Order wings? They get sauce drizzled on them like some dessert topping. What's going on here.
Ordered at least 30 minutes before closing over the phone, was told order would be delivered before closing. Never was and cannot contact store. Looked at my transactions to see if they cancelled to find out they charged me 4 times.

No! The guy at front was clearly not happy to be there. Called me three different names before he got it right lol The pizza was a mess! I decided to order from a big chain pizza place bc of time, but our local pizza places are so much better than this place and definitely worth the wait. Never again

It's been a long time since I had Papa John's, and this trip reminded me why. I have no problem paying for quality, but the meal I ordered was lackluster with the best otem being the cookie. There was no flavoring on the wings and the pizza was so so.

It makes me sad that this place has gone downhill. The pizza seems like it was made by a robot. The crust is fairly mediocre and it used to be good. Papa John’s is now barely better than Doninos. Oh well, at least there are better options nearby.

Had issue with the app. Store opens at 10a but pick up time was 11a. That was a problem as I had to take pizza for school function. Got to store in person, 03/10/23, soon as it opened. Worker had pizzas ready in TEN minutes. Perfectly done!! Bravo and ty sir.
