This is loaded birria fries. They also have Asada, Al Pastor, Pollo/Chicken, picadillo, and more. Be sure to get both sauces as well. The Birria is a brisket style meat that I've never had on loaded fries but It'll be an option from here on out. This plate comes with nachos cheese and mozzarella cheese as well.

We were craving some late night tacos and Papo's came to the rescue. After a promenade through the Riverwalk and a dinner that lacked luster, al pastor tacos curbed the flavor factor we were missing. Complimentary salsas are a plus to the spice!

A perfect welcome back to the great state of Texas. 3 tacos, asada, pollo & al pastor. Perfect. Simple. Fresh tortillas. Great sauces. Even better flavors. Birria is next on my list, they were out, but I bet it’s dang good. Must try! Late night open, too!
