It my first time comes to Pappadeauc Seafood Kitchen and the food was delicious and I try crab for the first time it was amazing omg

kinda grossed me out to see them walking around a mall in apron uniform

This experience was the worst I have ever encountered. I found a bug with wings in my salad. I alerted the wait staff whom was apologetic but the manager who took care of the situation needs training. He told me unfortunately these times of things happen...this is deplorable to say to a customer. I could tell this manager didn't know how to handle this situation effectively. He apologized and removed only the salad from the bill. Then we spoke to him and he did the right thing. The issue wasn't the secondary comp. It was his manner in how he initially managed the situation. I was calm and direct about what occurred. My big thing is it shouldn't have happened at all and the food handling safeguards were definitely not in place. I frequent Pappadeaux quite a bit and have never experienced a situation like this before. I told the wait staff to make sure no one else experiences this situation because unfortunately this experiece was upsetting and unacceptable. Pappadeaux is known for good food, service and a wonderful atmosphere. This evening was the worst I have ever had. Do better Pappadeaux! Train your managers to handle customer experiences and above all re-establish trust after a situation like this.

I should have left when I saw the people next to me walk out on their drinks. I waited 35min outside which is normal for that restaurant along with other people. When I finally got my table I saw a couple that walked out of paying for their drinks. They take forever take your order and bring your food.

I went there for my birthday dinner. I ordered a lobster and when they brought it out the forgot to get me the butter. My lobster was getting cold so I decided to get up and ask for the butter. I had to get up and ask the manager to get order it for me. By the butter came, my lobster was cold. I also ordered a cocktail which the waiter never brought out. I had to remind her when she came to bring me the lobster. By the time I got my drink was at the end of my meal.

Food was bad just like the service. I have been coming to Pappadeaux since I was little in Houston. But you just got to pass this one up. I have never had a problem with this chain till I went to San Antonio.

Our first time here and it was an amazing experience! The service was wonderful and the food was absolutely the best. May God bless the entire staff! Our server, Anthony, had such great vibes and a kind heart — he truly made us feel at home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Armando, who was just as welcoming. If I could give a million stars, I would!

We went as a work team for lunch. The place was pretty full and loud.

The shrimp gumbo and dirty rice were a bit spicy. I like a little spice, but the gumbo was hard to tolerate.

Brandon our server was courteous and timely with our table of 8.

Everyone seemed to enjoy the food, so no issues, except the spice levels.
