Terrible service. I went there with a couple of my coworkers and got ripped off by our waiter.He added additional tips ($20 more on top of I paid fare tip) for himself. I am not sure if it's just my waiter or it's rather systemic issue that the restaurant has they. They should not get away with the crime!

The best Pappadeaux I’ve ever been to and the reason for that was our server her name was Steph. She was so kind , so attentive , and so helpful with ANY and everything our party of 6 needed. I’ll also mention we showed up at 9:40PM which is 20 minutes prior to their closure. SHE WAS AMAZING , I cant thank her enough for her service and making my birthday feel so special. I also want to shout out Priscilla she was our host and she was awesome.

Usually enjoy the food. I always get the shrimp and grits. We went at lunch this time so I ordered it off the lunch menu. I was disappointed that it was different than the dinner one. The lunch portion had corn and no spinach and it was exceptionally salty. I still love the shrimp and grits on the dinner menu, just not the lunch ones so much.

Today I was charged a $7.95 upcharge to add shrimp to my Shrimp Cobb Salad that came out wrong. When I asked for the amount of Shrimp that would normally be there instead of the lump crab that I did not order I was charged for it. When speaking to a manager asking why I was not told I would be charged to correct my salad that they incorrectly made, all I got was "Thank you for letting us know." Very poor customer service.
2018: Arty was so amazing and accommodating for us. We are only in town for a short while and they were about to close and she assisted us anyway. We are so grateful and the entire staff was very cheerful and happy to be at work following her lead. Thanks Arty! 5 starsUpdate 2024: The service and food were not great. It was very disappointing and they were out of almost everything we ordered. Seemed like they wanted our money without giving service. I won't come back to this location.
This location has fallen off. The food quality/running out of items, the kitchen sending pieces and parts of our meal to the table, the bar ran out of grand marnier when it's used it their best selling drinks. The booth section by the window is by far the most uncomfortable place to sit. It was FREEZING cold and way too tight for 4 people to sit there. It was our friends birthday, and the only highlight was our server AALIYAH! I hope she reads this FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WORK. A good leader would never let their team suffer the way that they did last night. She continued to serve with a smile even when the table behind us complained and was rude to her. Definitely won't be returning to this location.Parking: This location had horrible parking.
