One of my top 2 favorite pizza places to eat at. My boyfriend and I go there often. Make sure to ask for their special dipping sauce!

Came here despite the previous reviews and I'm so glad I did !. My husband and I got a medium pizza and 2 drinks for $9 what a great price! The pizza itself was really good ,we got pepperoni toppings and the crust was just enough to where it wasn't overpowering the pizza . The chipotle sauce that it comes with is really good and gives the pizza an extra kick . I have to say what I really enjoyed is that you can see into the kitchen from the dining area. Depending on where you're sitting you can see them flip your pizza and even make it ! After watching too many episodes of Gordon Ramsay I'm glad to see that the kitchen is available for viewing and not tucked away behind some wall. My only snag was the drink selection but other than that, great fresh pizza at a great price Service was friendly and we look forward to returning.

We are visiting San Antonio from out of town and found a flyer for this place under our hotel room door. We ordered a pizza which came with wings - a deal that was advertised. After an hour I walked out of our room to get a drink from the vending machine and ran into the delivery guy. This is where it all went wrong. 1. After asking if he was looking for our room number, he said yes I have a delivery for them and walked half way down the hall... It usually wouldn't bother me except we were standing in front of our room PLUS 2. Once he brings us our pizza we ask for the wings, which he then said was given to the previous room by accident. He promised to be back in 30 mins with a fresh order (I'm writing this review 50 mins later) 3. We open our pizza to find it has bacon crumbles and is like warm (the cheese was hard and crust was cold, just the middle was kind of warm). We love bacon, but had ordered pepperoni-CANADIAN bacon- and jalapeí±os. So I decided I'd call the place to see what happened and if we could get our money back or a new pizza or something. The man that answered the phone assured me that their Canadian bacon was not crumbled but slices of ham. That's when I explained out situation... I was surprised to find him arguing with me that I had ordered BREAKFAST bacon, not CANADIAN. I decided to move on, as he was adamant it was my mistake, and told him that we were missing our wings. He assured us we would be sent a new order promptly. He never apologized for the missing items, incorrect order or lack of customer service. I don't mind paying for something I eat, but I'd like for it to be what I ordered... And everything I ordered. After all was said and done we noticed our credit card had been charged an extra dollar than what the receipt actually was. This place is crap. Chain pizza is delivered when promised, as ordered and hot, and they don't steal money. Don't order here. Ever.

When this place was new I was one of their biggest fans. I went online and recommended everyone try it. Now....not so much. They have gotten busier and no longer care about their original, faithful customers. I have noticed the last few times I ordered pizza by the slice that the pizza had been pre-made and had sat too long which made the sauce too think and not to tasty but if I ordered a whole pizza it was (usually) fresh. I still tried to order a slice today. I placed my order and paid for my slice then waited for 20 minutes before I ran out of time and had to leave, at that time my slice wasn't even in the oven yet. When I came back an hour later (they never delivered it to me even though I was right next door) I told them I no longer wanted it (knowing it would be old and yucky) and they said "ok". No offer of a refund and I left without asking for it. I called back and told them that I hadn't asked for a refund because I had decided to not come back...their response? "ok". If you like old, dry pizza go ahead and try this place but if you want to be assured of actually 'getting' your pizza and it being fresh, I would suggest Hungry Howies across the street.
