Pastries n Chaat(PBC Factory)

I’ve been coming to Pastries and Chaat for about a year now, and it’s easily become one of my go-to spots. If you haven’t tried their Vijayawada Chicken Biryani (Bone-In), you’re seriously missing out. The flavor is absolutely incredible — the chicken is always juicy and tender, and the spice level when you order it hot is just perfect. It brings the heat without overwhelming the flavor, which I love.

Every time I visit, the consistency in quality stands out. The rice is flavorful and aromatic, and the biryani has that authentic touch that’s hard to find. You can tell the chicken is well-marinated and cooked with care.

One of the best parts of coming here is the staff — they’re always so friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. It feels like they genuinely care about their customers.

The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the food is always spot on. Definitely recommend this place to anyone craving flavorful Indian food with real depth.

The weekend special Thalapakattu Briyani was very very tasty. This is our new go to restaurant now. The staff helped us with the seelction of delicious foods.👌

I really like this place. The thali is such a great price for such a variety of foods. Its great when you want lots of flavors. The pav bhaji is also really tasty.

Each and every food item is too good. I will miss this place as i am moving to Canada. But do try all the stuff, specially Vijaywada chicken Biryani, Fish pakora. Love it. Affordable.

Pastries N Chaat is a great spot for casual Indian dining. Actually, it’s great to grab an Indian bite in general. Staff has always been friendly, and the establishment is always in clean condition. One thing to note, like other types of cuisine (i.e. thai food) a large number of dishes here are spicy 🌶️ If you can’t handle the heat, make sure to note that. This place is delicious!!! 😋🌶️🍚🍗

It's been a while since I've visited PNC, but decided to try it out this week. There are quite a few new dishes on the Menu, with the Thalapakatti Biryani I had last week and the Chettinad dishes leaving me nostalgic, having struggled so hard to find good restaurants that serve the same.

The semi-dry chicken lollipop was arguably the best version of the dish that I've tried in the US and is highly recommended.

I recently visited Pastries and chats in San Antonio and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. I really love non-veg thali because it has so many tasty items in one plate. Every dish has a different flavor, and I enjoy trying each one.

Other than Veg Puff we didn’t liked anything here.

After first slice, Pav Bhaji Pizza went straight to the bin and hardly able to eat the Vada Pav.

They looked fancy but no where near to the authentic taste.

Can’t praise enough. I hired Pastries n Chaat for catering services in several of my family events from half-saree ceremony to the wedding receptions. Every time they amazed us with their wonderful services. Both food quality and services are excellent. Highly recommend the team.
