This food spot was definitely visited on a whim.... And boy I'm glad I did! It's now my work's weekly taco place! I ordered oatmeal, coffee, and a barbacoa taco. The taco had a generous serving, oatmeal was super thick, coffee was nice and consumable in temperature. Our waitress a family friendly and super attentive. The oil of our over easy eggs were cooked in had a weird chemical/lighter fluid smell and taste. Could only stand to take two bites and threw them and Ranchero sauce out. But the refried beans, bacon and potatoes were sooo yummy.

It's called Vallarta Taco now I believe (Jamitos Taquitos sign is still up even when it was called Patty's 2). Delicious breakfast tacos and plates. Love those handmade tortillas. The waitress and cashiers are alway very friendly and fast. Small amount of seating inside and can be cramped but it doesn't matter when you're eating that yummy bean and cheese taco.
