Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Last night I was contemplating getting some really wonderful and delicious Chinese food and I had always wanted to try Pei Wei and the food did not disappoint at all. The flavors, textures and aroma were so good. I got it via Uber Eats. Keep up the great work.

Placed an order thru the app, arrived at store 30 mins later and food had not even been started. Not sure what the issue is at the basse Rd location but the cook was giving me hateful stares and mumbling to the other employee in Spanish while preparing my food. Why so hateful? 30 mins should be more than enough time for a Togo. Next time I'll visit a different location...... Where hate isn't served with your meal!

Love that our favorite host Mark was at 1604 location today. He is such an amazing leader to the Lincoln heights team and seeing him at another location was a joy! He is kind and attentive and really makes you feel even though you are ordering at a counter that you are in for world class service!

The restaurant manager, Mark, provided outstanding service on three separate visits. The owner should reward him for his dedication and attention to detail. The food is always consistent!

Service was quick -- Mark was attentive when bringing our egg rolls and entrees, and quick to clean up after we were done. Food was good, as I've come to expect from Pei Wei.

The food was a little off this visit. I was there before the lunch rush, and my food came out quickly, but the taste was slightly different than the previous time I had been and I ordered the same thing. The salad was a little wilted and the chicken tasted microwaved (even though I've seen them use woks to cook). Kinda weird.

But super friendly staff and not bad for the price

I’m experienced at the Pei Wei location. The manager, Fraid, looks sharp and has great fashion. I love the Asian fusion style at Pei Wei is on top and beats PF Chang’s and Panda Express.
