Visited on 12/14/24 (6ish pm) on Huebner and the manager on staff was very helpful. She informed me about the rewards program and encouraged me to sign up as you received a free entree! It worked out great because I intended to also order takeout! The manager ensured the food was cooked well and out in a timely manner. I ordered spring rolls and she sent them back because they were over cooked. They ran out of spring rolls and she informed me of the mishap. She provided me a substitution. Really great service and food! I wish I didn’t lose the business card, I want that manager to get the recognition she deserves. Thanks for making my experience a delightful one ☺️

My resent experience at Pei Wei on Huebner was absolutely awesome. The food was great and the service was excellent, I was lucky enough to be served by Samira who puts pride in her work and made the whole experience exceptional! Samira is definitely someone every employer wishes to have working for them!
