I hate to leave a bad review, but I just have to. I haven’t been in awhile, but I always remember it being good! Today however was a different story. It may just be the particular location, but I won’t be going back. Food came out quick I will give them that, but the quality of food has significantly gone down hill. It was dirty inside floors were sticky I get it it was lunch timeframe, but still! Also, the person at register didn’t make me feel very welcome either.

Food was awesome and everyone working there was very polite except CLARK the GM who proceeded to yell at everyone of his employees telling them that he didn't care and would fire all of them in front of my self my child and all of the other customers dinning in. It is unacceptable to speak to anyone in that manner I don’t care what any of them did , there are other ways to handle it. I truly hope this is brought to his attention and addressed.

Nice wide open atmosphere. Food came pretty fast. General Chicken was dry. , But the fried rice was tasty. The tofu was overcooked but still had a good flavor. It Seemed there wasn't enough sauce for the noodles. We will still come back though. The food is still overall good!

I've been to this location several times, and the food quality falls below the companies high quality standards every time that I've been. Strange after-taste in the fried rice, perhaps overcooked. Egg rolls cold in the middle.

Definitely would not order again. Everything purchased arrived, but quality was poor. Rice was dry and lacked flavor, and the ratio of honey chicken to rice was small.

Food was good. It diffently was spicy which I like. I didn't like the spring rolls way to greasy, left greasy flim in my mouth. The small portion was enough for me very filling. Good hot mustard. I LOVE that you can remove garlic and other ingredients that I dont like.

10/16 update: went in at 5:24 yesterday and was met at the counter with " "you sure you wanna order here? YOU gonna wait about 25 minutes for you food". Evidently customer service is not taught nor is proper English. UGH. Who greets a customer like that? You can keep your $10 coupon, as I wont set foot in there again.
