Clean dining area. Got food really quick. It was fresh, savory. Recommend the **Spicy** Korean BBQ wings, Spicy drunken noodles. Thai doughnuts were also hot, crispy, moist. šŸ˜‹

First time me and my wife have ever been to Pei Wei, the food was absolutely great and great prices, also the General Manager Jaime was an absolute pleasure to meet and a great guy very nice and professional we recommend anyone trying this location. Jaime really made the experience here 10x better than it already was.

It was decent Americanized Chinese. Pretty fast and super courteous/friendly service for most of us. Only one mixup for one of my friend’s meals which took a while. If you’re looking for something in a pinch, this will work enough. I got the broccoli beef with brown rice to be healthier. Friend got the avocado and chicken bowl. Everyone seemed to find their meal enjoyable enough.

I hardly go to a restaurant or I am blown away with how well the food tastes when I tell you how fresh and clean this oil tasted the food tasted amazing. It was my first time experiencing paywei, and now I must admit you guys have a lifetime customer. I had the pleasure of being served up By Jaime, his customer service and well versed knowledge of the menu really help me decide what to eat and avoid harmful allergies. Is that my family had? I'm really appreciative, first customer service and his friendliness. This restaurant right here. It's ten out of ten

My review is mainly about the cook. He’s an older guy, maybe 5ā€3. My fried rice tends to always remain white and super dry when he’s working the line.. I know there’s a new sauce but I’ve noticed the rice tends to be like that only when he cooks. I asked the young lady if she could ask him to make sure it’s sauce on the rice and when she told him I seen him say no. When I got my rice, I got white dry rice. The young lady accommodated me and I left feeling disrespected. If I wanted dry rice I couldn’t made regular plain white rice at home. Overall cashiers are always pleasant.

Today my family and I visited this specific Pei Wei location and after arriving we sat in a booth. As I sat down and brushed my feet under the table, a part of the booth that was pushed out, sliced the back of my ankle tearing off a whole chunk of skin. Of course I was bleeding non stop so I went to the counter immediately and asked for a bandaid. The worker proceeded to just look at me in confusion and continued bagging orders while talking to the other worker. After multiple times asking for a bandaid I light heartedly proceeded to make a joke stating ā€œwell geez do you want a lawsuit or to give me a bandaidā€. Of course that’s when it caught the workers attention and she went to grab her manager.
Manager comes out asking what happened, I explained and told him I just needed a bandaid and I’m fine i’ll just take care of it when I get home. After a couple minutes of the manager asking me questions and getting the story he went to the back and got a bandaid finally!
After the manager comes back from speaking with his boss on the phone, he tells me they don’t have paperwork for me to fill out and so if I want to make a report i’d have to call. Manager then asks for my information yet gave me no information.
That’s not even the worst part! As we’re wrapping up the conversation the manager proceeds to state because I made a ā€œjokeā€ it ā€œscaredā€ his 16 yr old worker. So he says ā€œsee she is the kid but you’re acting like the kidā€!! I’m sorry excuse me? I’m acting like a kid because I just got hurt by YOUR restaurant booth and I asked for a bandaid to which I was met with stares and ignorance? Forgive me for trying to lighten the mood when your company hires inconsiderate employees who made ME feel like the uncomfortable one!
After the manager made that comment I replied back with a question as to how this situation makes me a kid? He then shut down my question stating he did not say that, I replied ā€œYou did, verbatimā€. That’s when he stated ā€œhe was done hereā€ and walked away. As my family and I were leaving we were exchanging confusion as to what literally just happened!!? We were in shock being treated like that honestly. We love the food we get here, we are very frequent customers, and my sister even works at a location in Florida which I was excited about visiting soon. So this is a sad loss but no way will I be spending my hard earned money on an insensitive company with zero lick of hospitality.

As for the cut wound on the back of my ankle, it’s a pretty dent not gonna lie, multiple layers of skin gone & a burning sensation i’ll have to bear a few days. I’ll buy the necessities to keep it clean & hope for the best but I will be calling and getting the number to make a report. After the embarrassment and situation that was made instead of a resolution and remorse, there needs to be steps taken.
