Inexpensive place with big portions, and food is delicious. We have gotten to go various times and never any issues with our order. This is my go to if we're having Chinese food.

I don’t think I will visit again. This is as my first time here and when I first walked in there was no one present to seat customers (there were 3 parties waiting) a lady comes from the back and yells across the restaurant “How many?” I answered her then she yelled “take that table in the corner for 2!” It was not typically how I’m greeted or sat in an establishment. When the waitress arrived I asked her what she recommended on the menu and her only answer was “ lemon chicken, everyone just orders lemon chicken.” And there was nothing said further. I ordered general tso’s chicken and the food was mediocre at best. The sauce was extremely sweet and there were several inedible pieces of chicken that were fat and some pieces you couldn’t even chew through they were so tough. They also don’t have a set “lunch special” instead they have a section on the menu for lunch/dinner prices. As I was leaving I was asked if I needed a fortune cookie I said “sure” then the cashier pointed to a bucket that read “ 2 for .25 cents”. There are so many great Asian spots in this city and unfortunately this one isn’t one of them.

I've only had their egg rolls. I just stopped in one day for a snack running errands. They are the best egg rolls I've ever had! The vegetables are firm, not mushy cabbage bits like a lot of places. Also, uniquely, there is a bit of cinnamon inside. Which sounds odd but is a surprising and delightful taste! (I had never heard of this before but apparently in some Chinese cuisine, cinnamon is used more often in savory than dessert foods). I am excited to try more of their foods.

Best wonton soup I've had yet, and generous 11 wontons in the large size too - can be a proper healthy meal, and especially great when sick!

Food was not good at all. The fried rice taste old and bland. The cashew chicken was bland and tasted very odd I tried to add sauce to see if it taste better but eventually throw the whole thing in the garbage. I am traveling to California and stayed the night in area. I found this place on google and place ordered over phone while sitting in the the parking lot near the restaurant. I waiting 15 min and walked in. RED FLAG- The food made quick it was sitting there when I arrived. I noticed it was a full house table were filled. But weren't any Asians patron. The food was cold when I got back to my hotel which was only 6 min down the road. The only good thing was the egg drop soup and the price.

Saw this place on tiktok and hadn't realize it was so close to home! I got the combination plate with shrimp in lobster sauce and kung pow beef. You have choice of white or fried rice, eggroll or crab rangood, and choice of soup. All that food for the dinner price of $15. The food (to go order) was still piping hot when I got home, and so tasty and delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Will be returning for sure!

My wife and I have been here four times in the past two months, and we enjoy the delicious food. My favourite is the hot and sour soup. A small complaint: the soup is not hot enough as far as the temperature is concerned. I want it to burn my mouth if I eat it too fast. We get it served luke warm; it's all right. The other food is really hot, but it cools down too fast. Towards the end, all the food is cold. Just a suggestion, preheat the plates and bowls in the oven and the food will stay hotter longer. Thanks, we'll still continue to eat there.

The lemon chicken gets or is hard and hardly enjoyable to eat. Not the first time this happens. The rice as as well can get hard.

went on my lunch break and ordered the “lunch special”
paid more than what was priced on the menu for lunch. didn’t ever give me my soup, egg roll was gross and beef was chewy and not good, server never came to check on me but watched them tend to every other table. would have taken my leftovers but no one ever came to ask if i needed anything so ended up leaving the whole plate there. won’t ever be going back. the only enjoyable item was the CANNED soda.
Been going over 30 years the food portions same and food still delicious. The staff ❤️ as great as when original owner . Thank you

I haven’t had Peng’s in a while, so I decided to pick some up on my way home from work. I moved further away, so I can’t order for delivery. The portions were amazing and worth the price. I paid a little under $50 for three people. I’m glad the place is still the same. Thank you for dinner!
