I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for several days and avoided Perks a couple of days because of the reviews. On my third day I decided to give it try because I was pressed for time and couldn’t go anywhere else. To my surprise, everyone was very friendly and they even offered to top off my coffee after I stood around a bit, while waiting on my coworkers. I continued going to Perks each morning and was greeted with the same friendly service each day.
Great coffee & snacks. Depending on time, may have a wait.
