For being an upscale restaurant, I truly expected the service to match the level of the food and drinks. Unfortunately, it fell short. Throughout our dinner we weren't acknowledged, never checked on, and overall felt more like bodies filling space rather than valued guests. On the positive side, the food was excellent — hot, fresh, and flavorful — and the drinks were also great. But what was really missing was any sense of hospitality, silent service, or even appreciation for our choosing to dine there. We weren't looking to be waited on hand and foot, just to feel welcomed. This was actually our second chance visit after a disappointing experience months ago, encouraged by friends who spoke highly of it. Sadly, the service again fell short. For a restaurant of this caliber, I believe both the food and the service need to stand out, and that balance just wasn't there for us.
Our food was delicious as always. Our server Abel was friendly and efficient. It was a lovely experience.
We had the senior menu (before 6 pm). Smaller servings which were perfect. My steak was so perfectly cooked and seasoned. The corn brûlée was fantastic. Our service was perfect. He showed up at just the right times. Great wine and relaxed dining. Highly recommend.
Server seemed lost. Food was over peppered. They showed great concern for my wife's allergies confirmation on her dishes. Bar was great. Hosts were rude. Not the best.
Great place to take your significant other for a celebration. Steaks were perfect as well as the service!
Miguel out server went above and beyond on our special day, I proposed to my girlfriend there and he made it unforgettable
Perry's, you have a gnat or a fruit fly problem at Table 206. This was not an upscale dining experience for me at all! A gnat died in my wine glass and several of its friends were flying around throughout my meal. While the server offered to move me to another table, I didn't feel like moving. The server replaced my glass of wine; however, at no time did a manager come over and acknowledge the issue, offer to comp the wine, give me a free dessert, or anything. My steak was ok but oversalted. I don't plan to go back anytime soon.
My waiter was great from the moment we set down to dinner. The table was set beautifully with roses for our anniversary dinner. We had salmon and filet mignon which were a bit too salty as well as the Caesar salad. It was our first time here.
Food was fantastic! Our server did a great job recommending some options we had not tried previously! Got my birthday dessert too!
Eduardo was fantastic! Cannot say more positive things about him and our experience. He helped keep our meal on our pace.

5:00 o'clock on a Sunday, had seven guests, meal time took two hours and twenty minutes. Beverages were slow, dinner service was slow, all meats and fish were overcooked. Drinks came out a couple at a time, not all at once, same with dinner, we waited for a long time for everyone to have their plate. First time in bar, a month ago in dining room everything was perfect. Not sure what happened.
We have eaten at Perry's many times and this was the first time we were disappointed. They weren't busy but the kitchen was extremely slow. We had reservations and arrived 30 minutes early, it was a Saturday night. My husband ordered his meal with scallops on the side, the waiter forgot to put the order in for the scallops. That happens, but the scallops came out cold and very undercooked. I had the porkchop, which I've had many times and enjoyed , but this time it was extremely fatty. My husband ordered black decaffeinated coffee but was given strong black tea! They did comp the scallops and the "coffee" which was good, but overall it just put a damper on the evening as we were celebrating our anniversary. We will go back and try again because we do enjoy Perry's on a good night!
We love this place for special occasions. It was our anniversary and my steak was very undercooked and I got it Oscar style and that was cold sauce and crab over the steak. I've never had Oscar cold it's always hot. I did tell the waiter about it and he even said my steak was definitely undercooked. This is a high end restaurant and the chef should know how to cook steaks Oscar style! I'm very disappointed with the food there.
From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated as if we were their most important guests. Manuel was our waiter. You need to ask for him! He answered every question we had and was very attentive to our table.
Great place, atmosphere, service and food! We get this consistently everytime we dine here.
